ApoE vector protein in association with apoB-100 directly transferring saturated and monounsaturated FA (SFA and MFA) in triglyceride form (composed of very low density lipoproteins (L)) to the cells which are assimilating FA by cooperative receptors of apoE. Only insulin dependent cells have apoe/B-l00 receptors on the cell membrane (skeletal myocytes, cardiac myocytes, periportal hepatocytes, adipocytes of subcutaneous fat and Kupffer's macrophages). Phylogenetically late apoE has a domain for protein-protein interaction unlike the other apos. Apo forms cooperative ligands: apoE/A-l, apoE/B-48 and apoE/B-100 while using this domain. At later stages of phylogenesis while apoE forms cooperative ligands it is also involved in cell transfer and absorption of polyunsatured essential fatty acids in high density L, SFA +MFA +unsatured FA in chylomicrons, SFA+MFA in very low density L. Phenotype E 33 appears to be regular. Phenotypes E2/2 and E4/4 are cause of hypertriglyceridemia of I and V types, which call destructive inflammation of arterial intima with atherothrombosis

Representation of motherhood in Lithuanian media

The traditional patriarchal image of motherhood dominates in the Lithuanian media. Women are being promoted to sacrifice their career and professional ambitions for family, and to devote to household duties. It is still popular to use the biological interpretation that only a woman has the instinct of motherhood, which is the reason that she can take care of the child better than a man. Father is tended to be remember only on special occasions and unusually attentive farther is presented as exotics. Too much active farther risks to pay the huge price for it as he could become "effeminate" and not a "real man" in the eyes of general public. Traditional image of motherhood is prevailing in specialized journals such as "Tavo vaikas", "Mamos zurnalas" and "Mazylis". There is a trend of depersonalization when comparing the image of motherhood in different periods. In specialized publications motherhood is being introduced as attractive item, which ought to be wished by every woman. Internet, unlike the printed media, represents less inclusive traditional image and greater variety of images. This is influenced by the published comments, which usually show different opinion. Other attitudes start competing with traditional image. The unsure image of motherhood has been distinguished conditionally. The last-mentioned group includes a picture, which is being created by readers' comments, that is, distrust of own decisions, disorder, conflict, rising out of the role of traditional motherhood and unconformity to different reality, and a feeling of guilt. It means the signals that the media created images are out of touch with public are not relevant, that mothers' concerns usually are suppressed or they are not satisfied by superficial and traditional answers. There is transformation of the motherhood conception in Lithuania, although its progress is slow and complicated
