According to the vision and mission Rokan Hilir Regency which one of them is to prepare self to educational society life, so it need to design a public library which is economical in using the nature resource, minimize the negatif impact, also be able toimproving the human life quality. Library is a space, a part of a building or the building it self which is used to keep books and other derivative which are usually kept according to thecertain formation to be read, not to be sold. The nature phenomenon which is menacing this earth is a global warming. To reduce that impact so we choose the green architecture as the approach in designing the public library. One of them is about the thermal pleasure, by set the site and building mass which can give the thermal pleasure to the user of public library.Because, the thermal is a thermal condition which can be felt by human, not by object, animal, and architecture, but is conditioned by the environment and the objects around thearchitecture or the mind condition of somebody who can expressing his satisfaction to the thermal environment. This public library is presented with the green architecture conceptwhich be expected will be used in this present and the future, for the better continuity of life. The design method which be used in this public library is the six criterion of the Green Building Index (GBI). (1) Energy efficiency; (2) The environmental quality in the space; (4) Material and resource; (5) Water efficiency; (6) Innovation. From the theory and method which be used in this design reaching the conclusion that in the strive to set the site and the building mass as the strive to reach the pleasure, we apply the green architecture in this public library design. To reach the thermal pleasure to the public library user, we do the strive to set the site and mass of the building by applying six criterion of Green Building Index (GBI) from the green architecture

Comic is a visualization of life and one thing that is not foreign anymore, even with the advances in technology that rapidly at this time, the comic can be found easily. So, comics are part of the creative industries which are able to reap much profit in the sales. But the kind of comic that sold well in the market is kind of foreign comics such as manga (Japan's comic), while the local comic less attractive to readers. For that needed a place to improve the quality of Indonesia's comic and comic in order to be accepted by the society. To achieve these goals the Comic House provides a variety of facilities that hosts a variety of activities in the field of education, production, promotion and recreation. Comic House was designed using design principles of Tadao Ando. Tadao Ando using Zen philosophies and Traditional architecture of Japan in his design to produce a concept of provocation through exploration of the space he created. These principles apply to the wholeelement of design, starting from order of exterior, building forms, until the Comic House interior. Users are invited to take a walking tour and experience the space from the entrance to the exit in accordance with the functions of the comics as a media provocation that is inviting readers to feel the meaning of a story. With an approach based on the design principles of Tadao Ando, then mass produced with a geometry such as a rectangle (the simplicity of the form), the order of mass mutualsustainability, exterior and interior that reflects the Zen philosophy and Traditional Architecture of Japan as well as the facade without ornament. Pelalawan has several attractions, and Bono Waves in Ogis Beach Village Teluk Meranti Sub-district is one of them. However, these attractions are not supported by sufficient facilities, one of which is a residential resort. This design has a close connection with the resort destination in Ogis Beach that is with Coastal Architecture Approach. In addition, the design of tourist attraction area Ogis Beach Beach Bono will apply the concept of "Rhythmic Rising Waves" which is the main basic concept in the design. In this concept there are several applications of the design of the nature of waves, such as masses and roofs adapted from the nature of waves that have a low rhyming high. The color of the building is adapted from the color of the kampar river like the color of wood is brown. Then the circulation in the building that is created does not have a partition, so it can surprise people who see it. This design has a design that applies the principle of coastal architecture and the concept taken from the nature of the waves. There are Agus Salim market, Labuh Baru market, Simpang Baru market, Cik Puan market, Rumbai market and Lima Puluh market. Total subdistrict in Pekanbaru city is 12 subdistricts. Therefore Dinas Pasar Pekanbaru must be increase the quantity of traditional market in every subdistrict. It makes pasar kaget grow up. Therefore, Rumbai subdistrict highly require for traditional market. The concept of traditional market design is interaction with nature, building, and human. It's mean, how to make every element in traditional market area interacting each other.
