    Delinquent child rights protection

    The study aimed to clarify the aspects of protection provided for the delinquent child while dealing with the security and judicial authorities in the United Arab Emirates compared to the legislation of other countries. Indeed, the phenomenon of child delinquency is one of the most dangerous phenomena that children may be exposed to and leads them to wrongdoing and obstruction of public order in society. It prompted the UAE legislator to look after the delinquent child and take care of him. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach, to suit it with the understanding of all its elements and the determination of the facts, through the legal analysis of the phenomenon of delinquency and the statement of its causes and legal solutions according to what was stated by the UAE legislator. The study reached many results, including that the UAE legislator, like other international legislation, devoted special care for the delinquent child by enacting a set of preventive and deterrent laws, through which the aim was to protect the delinquent child, as these legislations contained many guarantees and mechanisms that provide him with care

    This study examines the model of protecting victims of child trafficking in the UAE from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, through research, analysis, and legal texts in UAE law related to human trafficking crimes, and through research on Sharia provisions in Islam. This study aims to examine the protection model for victims of child trafficking in the UAE legislation and Islamic jurisprudence, analyze the effects of the phenomenon of child trafficking, and evaluate the model for protecting victims of child trafficking in the UAE from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. To achieve these objectives, the researcher applies the descriptive-analytical method. The study concludes that the crime of child trafficking is not a domestic crime in the United Arab Emirates, but rather a crime with an international and global dimension The United Arab Emirates is a catalyst for the crime of human trafficking as a result of its high degree of safety, the multiplicity of nationalities inhabiting it and suffering from poverty in their countries of origin .The spread of poverty, unemployment, the desire to get rich quickly, the weakness of moral and religious scruples, and the lack of censorship on websites are among the most important reasons for the spread of the crime of child trafficking .Despite the various intensive efforts to combat this crime, following the instructions of the Islamic Sharia, which laid down provisions and texts that meet the protection of human beings in all aspects of life from inception to death, the rate of human trafficking cases in the United Arab Emirates is constantly increasing .The most important recommendations of the study are the need for government legal authorities to make greater efforts to organize and follow up the residency and nationalities of foreigners, especially children, as they are closely related to the crime of human trafficking

    The study aims to analyze the legal protection principles concerning child trafficking crimes in UAE legislation compared to Islamic jurisprudence and to clarify the challenges of protecting victims of child trafficking in the world and in the United Arab Emirates. In order to achieve the main objective of the study, the researcher used the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach. The study concluded that the crime of trafficking in children constitutes one of the most important challenges facing most of the countries of the world given its dire effects that affect the rights and fundamental freedoms of the child and therefore perpetuating contemporary slavery. Children are considered among the age groups that are of great importance, especially considering that they are the most vulnerable groups and that they need care, protection and fostering. In addition, the rules of international humanitarian law affirm the importance of general and special protection for children through the development of the international legal system. The researcher recommends the necessity of developing an effective strategy based on international cooperation to combat the crime of trafficking in children. This study recommends the necessity of establishing a specialized committee that has the capacity for conducting criminal investigation of the crime of human trafficking to investigate the crimes under this system

    The study aims to analyze the crime of spreading fake news and rumors from the perspective of positive laws and Sharia laws. In addition, it aims to demonstrate the level of public awareness about the provisions of the law and the punitive measures against the those who publicly spread fake news and rumors. The study aims to examine the general provisions regulating the crime of and rumors in the UAE federal law. In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, the researcher has used the descriptive and analytical method to achieves the objectives of the study. The researcher has also used in his study the historical method because of its prominent role in determining the dimensions of the historical development of the concept of crimes of spreading fake news and rumors, and in monitoring its variables at the level of studies within the United Arab Emirates. The study concludes with a set of findings and recommendations, which are as follows: the crime of spreading fake news and rumors is an old crime that has been around since the beginning civilization. The crime of spreading fake news and rumors is considered one of the most dangerous diseases facing societies in the modern-day, and there is also a relationship between the modern digital revolution and the prevalence of the crimes of spreading rumor. Moreover, fake news and rumors differ in their nature and goals according to the targeted community. The study recommends the necessity of controlling the provisions related to the crime of spreading fake news and rumors and imposing deterrent penalties on the perpetuators of such a crime.
