    Diagn贸stico de necesidades de formaci贸n de profesores noveles de educaci贸n primaria en Baja California

    The objective of this article is to present the results of a diagnosis of the training needs of novice primary school teachers carried out by two Normal Schools in Baja California. The research was developed with a mixed sequential approach in three stages: 1) definition of the dimensions of the construct; 2) obtaining evidence of validity of the instrument and 3) application of the questionnaire. The questionnaire was applied to 1,010 teachers with up to five years of work experience. The teachers request training in three main topics: Educa-tional inclusion, Legal responsibility and ethical behavior and School coexistence. It is concluded that the article provides a valid and reliable instrument for the diagnosis of trai-ning needs and contributes to the knowledge of novice teachers in our country. Likewise, its results feedback the curriculum of teacher education programs and can contribute to the design and implementation of policies for the continuous training of teachers at the state level, based on research results.El objetivo de este art铆culo es presentar los resultados de un diagn贸stico de necesidades de formaci贸n de profesores noveles de primaria realizado por dos Escuelas Normales de Baja California. La investigaci贸n se desarroll贸 con un enfoque mixto secuencial en tres etapas: 1) definici贸n de las dimensiones del constructo; 2) obtenci贸n de evidencias de validez del instrumento y 3) aplicaci贸n del cuestionario. El cuestionario se aplic贸 a 1,010 docentes con hasta cinco a帽os de experiencia laboral. Los profesores solicitan formaci贸n en tres tem谩ticas principalmente: Inclusi贸n educativa, Responsabilidad legal y actuaci贸n 茅tica, y Convivencia escolar. Se concluye que el art铆culo aporta un instrumento v谩lido y confiable para el diagn贸stico de necesidades de formaci贸n y contribuye al conocimiento del perfil del profesorado novel en nuestro pa铆s. Asimismo, sus resultados retroalimentan los planes de estudio de la Licenciatura en Educaci贸n y pueden contribuir en el dise帽o e implantaci贸n de pol铆ticas para la formaci贸n continua de docentes a nivel estatal, basadas en los resulta-dos de la investigaci贸n
