Desarrollo de un “Sistema de Gestión de Contenidos” para desarrollos informáticos, basado en Plone
En las últimas décadas en el INTA se desarrollaron decenas de aplicaciones informáticas y sistemas de información de las que no se tiene debida cuenta. Se requiere de un mecanismo de registro, comunicación y seguimiento de todos los desarrollos (software y servicios informáticos), que permita y facilite una dinámica de gestión del conocimiento, que incluya a los desarrolladores, a la comunidad de usuarios y a las propias áreas de gestión del INTA. AgroTank ofrece una solución a esta problemática, mediante una plataforma on-line que, bajo el enfoque CMS (Content Management System) permite realizar una completa administración de los mismos, permitiéndo a la institución conocer y dar a conocer todo su potencial informático y capacidades.Sociedad Argentina de Informática e Investigación Operativ
Resonance production by neutrinos: I. J=3/2 Resonances
The article contains general formulas for the production of J=3/2 resonances
by neutrinos and antineutrinos. It specializes to the P_{33}(1232) resonance
whose form factors are determined by theory and experiment and then are
compared with experimental results at low and high energies. It is shown that
the minimum in the low Q^2 region is a consequence of a combined effect from
the vanishing of the vector form factors, the muon mass and Pauli blocking.

Global Study of Electron-Quark Contact Interactions
We perform a global fit of data relevant to contact interactions,
including deep inelastic scattering at high from ZEUS and H1, atomic
physics parity violation in Cesium from JILA, polarized on nuclei
scattering experiments at SLAC, Mainz and Bates, Drell-Yan production at the
Tevatron, the total hadronic cross section at LEP, and
neutrino-nucleon scattering from CCFR. With only the new HERA data, the
presence of contact interactions improves the fit compared to the Standard
Model. When other data sets are included, the size of the contact contributions
is reduced and the overall fit represents no real improvement over the Standard

Hadronic production and the Gottfried Sum Rule
The difference in production rate between and at hadron colliders
is very sensitive to the the difference between up- and down-quark
distributions in the proton. This sensitivity allows for a variety of useful
measurements. We consider the difference in the sea
distributions and the difference in the
polarized parton distribution functions. In both cases we construct an
asymmetry to reduce systematic uncertainties. Although we discuss measurements
at the Tevatron and future hadron colliders, we find that the Brookhaven
Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) is the most appropriate hadron collider

Leptoproduction of J/psi
We study leptoproduction of at large within the
nonrelativistic QCD (NRQCD) factorization formalism. The cross section is
dominated by color-octet terms that are of order . The color-singlet
term, which is of order , is shown to be a small contribution to
the total cross section. We also calculate the tree diagrams for color-octet
production at order in a region of phase space where there is no
leading color-octet contribution. We find that in this regime the color-singlet
contribution dominates. We argue that non-perturbative corrections arising from
diffractive leptoproduction, higher twist effects, and higher order terms in
the NRQCD velocity expansion should be suppressed as is increased.
Therefore, the color-octet matrix elements can be reliably extracted from this process.
Finally, we point out that an experimental measurement of the polarization of
leptoproduced will provide an excellent test of the NRQCD

Testing J/psi Production and Decay Properties in Hadronic Collisions
The polar and azimuthal angular distributions for the lepton pair arising
from the decay of a J/psi meson produced at transverse momentum p_T balanced by
a photon [or gluon] in hadronic collisions are calculated in the color singlet
model (CSM). It is shown that the general structure of the decay lepton
distribution is controlled by four invariant structure functions, which are
functions of the transverse momentum and the rapidity of the J/psi. We found
that two of these structure functions [the longitudinal and transverse
interference structure functions] are identical in the CSM. Analytical and
numerical results are given in the Collins-Soper and in the Gottfried-Jackson
frame. We present a Monte Carlo study of the effect of acceptance cuts applied

Drell-Yan forward-backward and spin asymmetries for arbitrary vector boson production at next-to-leading order
Longitudinally polarized, unpolarized and forward-backward mass differential
cross sections for Drell-Yan lepton-pair production by arbitrary vector bosons
are calculated in next-to-leading order (NLO) QCD. Analytical results are
presented in a form valid for all consistent -dimensional regularization
schemes, with the mass factorization scheme kept general. NLO predictions for
all Drell-Yan type processes (, and ) at BNL's
relativistic heavy ion collider (RHIC) are made using polarized parton
distributions which fit the recent deep-inelastic scattering data. These are
examined as tools in the determination of the polarized parton distributions
and the unpolarized ratio. NLO predictions for the
forward-backward lepton asymmetry at Fermilab are made and the precision
determination of from future runs is studied. In all the
above, the QCD corrections are found to be significant. An introductory
discussion is given of various theoretical issues, such as allowable

A measurement of from the Gross-Llewellyn Smith Sum Rule
We extract a set of values for the Gross-Llewellyn Smith sum rule at
different values of 4-momentum transfer squared (), by combining revised
CCFR neutrino data with data from other neutrino deep-inelastic scattering
experiments for . A comparison with the order
theoretical predictions yields a determination of
at the scale of the Z-boson mass of . This measurement
provides a new and useful test of perturbative QCD at low , because of the
low uncertainties in the higher order calculations.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figure
Phonons in the quantum Hall effect: A nonlinear-dynamics picture
A model describing a system in which Landau electronic modes are coupled with phonons is proposed and discussed. A simplified version of the model is further analyzed, with special attention to the dynamical symmetries that characterize it. In particular, the corresponding equations of motion are thoroughly examined: they provide a variety of behaviors, ranging from completely integrable (in both the classical and quantum case) to chaotic (in the semiclassical approximation). The chaotic regime is believed to be suitable to eventually represent the stochastic behavior of the longitudinal voltage versus time, recently observed in several quantum Hall effect experiments
Methods to Determine Neutrino Flux at Low Energies:Investigation of the Low Method
We investigate the "low-" method (developed by the CCFR/NUTEV
collaborations) to determine the neutrino flux in a wide band neutrino beam at
very low energies, a region of interest to neutrino oscillations experiments.
Events with low hadronic final state energy (of 1, 2 and 5 GeV)
were used by the MINOS collaboration to determine the neutrino flux in their
measurements of neutrino () and antineutrino (\nub_\mu) total cross
sections. The lowest energy for which the method was used in MINOS is
3.5 GeV, and the lowest \nub_\mu energy is 6 GeV. At these energies, the
cross sections are dominated by inelastic processes. We investigate the
application of the method to determine the neutrino flux for ,
\nub_\mu energies as low as 0.7 GeV where the cross sections are dominated by
quasielastic scattering and (1232) resonance production. We find that
the method can be extended to low energies by using values of 0.25
and 0.50 GeV, which is feasible in fully active neutrino detectors such as
