    This study aims to analyze the effect of e-learning service quality on student satisfaction. This explanatory research used 96 samples of UMS management program students. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that the quality of e-learning services is a second-order construct consisting of three factors, namely, e-learning systems, educators and administrative services. The e-learning system is the most important dimension of the quality of e-learning services, followed by educators and administrative services. In addition, the overall quality of e-learning services is positively related to student satisfaction
