In (B), the responses in FTD cases are divided into age cohorts: 39–64, 65–80, and 81–96 years. For classification purposes, the responses were divided into three categories: Positive family history (Yes), negative family history (No/None known) and Not known (reserved for when questions about family history have not been asked alternatively no response registered).</p
