    Get PDF
The article deals with issues related to the synthesis of an automatic control system for a jaw crusher, for which the main control and disturbance channels were identified and its mathematical model was obtained. Implementation of mechanization and automation systems at crushing and screening plants is necessary for the production of granite crushed stone, which is massively used in the construction of agricultural facilities. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model, a decision was made to choose the law of regulation and its parametric identification was carried out. Analysis of the quality indicators of the regulation of the synthesized system revealed their significant dependence on the disturbing effect, which required the synthesis of a disturbance compensator, the inclusion of which in the structure of the system made it possible to realize the requirements imposed on it

Experimental study of repair mixtures as glues for connecting elastomers with metals

    Get PDF
Experimental study of strength of glued connections where repair mixtures Diagum FL, Diagum Đ  and Diaflex are used is shown. Suggestions of each repair mixture use are given. Obtained results provide developing of durable and economical technical solutions: shear shock absorbers, elastic couplings, elastic shafts with high energy intensity which in some cases allow to avoid failures of metallurgical equipment under dynamic loading. In addition, use of repair mixtures with elastomers helps to make durable coatings of steel surfaces

Bending of an Infinite beam on a base with two parameters in the absence of a part of the base

    No full text
Currently, in connection with the rapid development of high-rise construction and the improvement of joint operation of high-rise structures and bases models, the questions connected with the use of various calculation methods become topical. The rigor of analytical methods is capable of more detailed and accurate characterization of the structures behavior, which will affect the reliability of objects and can lead to a reduction in their cost. In the article, a model with two parameters is used as a computational model of the base that can effectively take into account the distributive properties of the base by varying the coefficient reflecting the shift parameter. The paper constructs the effective analytical solution of the problem of a beam of infinite length interacting with a two-parameter voided base. Using the Fourier integral equations, the original differential equation is reduced to the Fredholm integral equation of the second kind with a degenerate kernel, and all the integrals are solved analytically and explicitly, which leads to an increase in the accuracy of the computations in comparison with the approximate methods. The paper consider the solution of the problem of a beam loaded with a concentrated force applied at the point of origin with a fixed value of the length of the dip section. The paper gives the analysis of the obtained results values for various parameters of coefficient taking into account cohesion of the ground

Estimation of the residual resource of wooden structures by changing geometric parameters of the cross-section

    No full text
In this article, the authors propose a method for assessing the residual resource by changing the geometric parameters of wooden structures. A general formula for estimating the maximum service life is presented. Then a number of special cases are considered when calculating the ultimate service life for the first group of limiting states. As a result, formulas were derived for calculating the ultimate service life for various design cases: centrally tensioned, centrally compressed, bending members, members subject to an axial force with bending. The author considered the determination of the rate of change in geometric parameters at the macrolevel (visually observed changes) and microscopic (microcracks, breaks of bonds between atoms). Formulas for determining the rate of change of geometric parameters at the macro and micro levels are proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of this method are presented. The scope of its application is indicated

Methodology for aviation MRO system management decision-making

    No full text
The article considers the main methods for increasing the efficiency of aviation maintenance and repair (MRO) processes organization. A brief overview of these methodologies is presented and their key principles are highlighted. Based on the analysis of existing methodologies, a management decision-making technique based on the Stage-Gate project management technology and simulation modeling methods was proposed. This technique makes it possible to ensure the information availability for the after-sales services organization from other processes in a single information environment and make decisions on the transition to the next gate based on simulation models of aircraft maintenance at various gates

Research was conducted to determine the effect of lubricants on stress and strain in the contact of metal surfaces. Experiments were carried out on the introduction of a fixed and moving indenter in contact with a dry and lubricated surface. The steel spherical specimen was pressed into a lubricated and dry metal surface. The microstructures of the structure of the surface layer are studied under various conditions of deformation. The diagrams of the relative deformation of the surface layers are constructed. The mechanism of the formation and distribution of internal stresses for dry and greased contact is described. Experimental studies of the introduction of a moving steel indenter into a lubricated surface have been carried out. The relationship of the deformation mechanisms of lubricated surfaces with their wear resistance is determined. The results obtained are recommended for predicting the durability of lubricated friction units according to the criterion of contact strength

This paper presents the results of research in the field of developing innovation projects on the basis of the identification of factors of competitiveness. The principles of formation of competitiveness, including the principle of systematicity, goal-setting, efficiency, adaptability, uncertainty, and innovativeness, are substantiated. A model for the development of a competitive innovation project based on an analysis of external and internal factors providing competitive advantages is proposed. As a result of the research, an integral index of competitiveness of innovation projects was formed, characterizing the level of innovation achieved and allowing substantiating the directions for further development of investment and construction projects
