    Penelitian ini menjelaskan secara faktual tentang pembelajaran menggunakan media online selama kuliah jarak jauh selama epidemi Covid 19. Beberapa siswa digunakan sebagai sumber informasi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teori behaviorisme serta kognitif. Pembelajaran Online Jarak Jauh dapat memanfaatkan sosial media pembelajaran online virtual melalui video conference, telekonferensi, secara berkelompok di media sosial. Media sosial adalah strategi untuk menghilangkan kebosanan atau stres dari belajar di rumah. Inimerupakan kondisi baru bagi dosen dan mahasiswa, maka peran dosen sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengelola atau mengelola pembelajaranmulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan evaluasi dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas belajar mengajar selama pandemi COVID-19

    Learning assessment is an activity, gathering information and using evidence and feedback from learning outcomes to determine what is learned from the learning process for further learning, and provide the best learning guidance to students so that ultimately the learning objectives can continue. Learning assessment can be done as a reflection and evaluation for the teacher about the learning process that has been done. Assessment of the learning process uses authentic assessment assessment (authentic assessment) that assesses student readiness, process, and overall learning outcomes. The third component will be displayed. Show students the ability, style, and ability to learn or can even produce instructional effects (instructional effects) and the accompanying effects (parenting effects) of learning. The results used are approved by the teacher to be approved for improvement, enrichment (counseling), or counseling services. In addition, the evaluation results can be used as material to improve the learning process in accordance with the Educational Assessment Standards.     PKM Online Classroom Management Training Based on Google Classroom and Edpuzzle Applications at SMP Negeri 1 Probolinggo

    The purpose of this service activity is to improve the ability of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Probolinggo in managing online classes by providing online class management training based on the Google Classroom and Edpuzzleapplications. The method of implementing this activity is lecture, practice, and discussions. Lectures were conducted to deliver material on the stages of classroom management using Google Classroom and using videos on Edpuzzle. The participants of this activity were all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Probolinggo, a total of 40 people. For online class management, participants were given training in class management and grades, using forums, and making materials and quizzes. For the use of videos as learning materials, participants were trained in choosing videos, editing videos, inserting messages and questions, and multiple choices. The results of this service activity are as many as72.5% of participants have been able to manage online classes and integrate with Edpuzzle. Partners have also agreed to use Google Classroom's added puzzle for learning for the 2021/2022 academic year

This research is a case study qualitative research, in which researchers seek to understand the phenomena in improving the quality of superior human resources in madrasas. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by madrasas in creating excellent quality human resources are carried out through, first, in-service training, namely education and training efforts to improve the competence and skills of teachers and employees.     This paper presents about improving teacher performance through strengthening spiritual intelligence in schools. This spiritual intelligence is critical to be developed to enhancing the character of PAI teachers for learning tasks. Maintaining Spiritual Intelligence is very influential in forming morals in education to produce education that is broad-minded in the field of science. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, as for analyzing the research data with data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that strengthening spiritual intelligence could improve the performance of PAI teachers at SMP Nurul Jadid from the level of discipline, the ability to make lesson plans, mastery of the material, and the ability to master the class. Teachers carry out activities that can support the strengthening of spiritual intelligence, which can improve PAI teachers' quality through habituation, training, and coaching, as well as guidance from caregivers
