Methods: Will be December 4, 2015, 208 cases of primipara as observation group, the midwife cooperate birth ball midwifery psychological nursing, will be December 4, 2014, 229 cases of maternal as a control group, the traditional midwifery model, on two groups of childbirth way, labor time, 2 h postpartum haemorrhage amount for comparative analysis. Results: The observation group than the control group cesarean section rate decreased, postpartum 2 h blood loss reduction, labor time, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Responsibility midwifery model with birth ball midwifery is beneficial to improve the quality of obstetric services, to better ensure maternal and child health.

KINEMATIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SPECIFIC WUSHU MOVEMENTS: A CASE STUDY

    Get PDF
INTRODUCTION: In this study, biomechanical characteristics of specific long shadow boxing routine actions, namely, 'cechuai', 'qiansaotui' and 'xuanfengjiao', were examined by biomechanical analysis. These actions start with thrust left heel sideways balance, followed by a downward sweeping leg and then a jump up whirlwind step (see figure 1). For most wushu athletes, these actions are difficult to accomplish perfectly. Providing some preliminary biomechanics information may help novices to accomplish all these actions

In the title molecule, C4H6N8S2, two tetrazole rings linked by a disulfide bridge form a dihedral angle of 71.32 (7)° [C—S—S—C torsion angle = −80.51 (10)°]. In the crystal, strong intermolecular π–π interactions between the tetrazole rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.285 (3) Å] link pairs of molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. Weak intermolecular C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds further link these dimers, related by translation in the [100] direction, into columns

Communication Technologies for Smart Grid: A Comprehensive Survey

With the ongoing trends in the energy sector such as vehicular electrification and renewable energy, smart grid is clearly playing a more and more important role in the electric power system industry. One essential feature of the smart grid is the information flow over the high-speed, reliable and secure data communication network in order to manage the complex power systems effectively and intelligently. Smart grids utilize bidirectional communication to function where traditional power grids mainly only use one-way communication. The communication requirements and suitable technique differ depending on the specific environment and scenario. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive and up-to-date survey on the communication technologies used in the smart grid, including the communication requirements, physical layer technologies, network architectures, and research challenges. This survey aims to help the readers identify the potential research problems in the continued research on the topic of smart grid communications

In the title compound, C13H14N4O·C3H7NO, a 1,5-phenylcarbonohydrazide molecule cocrystallizes with an N,N-dimethylformamide molecule. In the 1,5-phenylcarbonohydrazide molecule, the two phenyl rings are twisted by an angle of 45.8 (5)°. Intermolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and weak intermolecular C—H⋯O interactions contribute to a supramolecular two-dimensional network in the (101) plane

Is Malaysia ready for sustainable energy? Exploring the attitudes toward solar energy and energy behaviors in Malaysia

    Get PDF
To meet the larger demand for electricity supply, Malaysia needs to achieve two main psychosocial conditions, among others—having the awareness of renewable energy and demonstrating energy-conserving behavior. To examine whether Malaysia has met these two conditions, we recruited 225 participants (n = 109 women, n = 113 men, n = 3 did not indicate) to complete a series of questionnaires. The results showed that the public was aware of the option of solar energy but was not ready to install solar photovoltaic panels after being told the cost incurred. Furthermore, the public did not show satisfying energy-conserving behaviors. To boost the installation of solar power, increasing the public’s energy knowledge and implementing policies to reduce the installation cost might be helpful. These findings highlighted Malaysia’s low readiness for solar power and shed some light on what needs to be done to be better prepared for solar power

Lie symmetry and exact solution of (2+1)-dimensional generalized Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation with variable coefficients

The simple direct method is adopted to find Non-Auto-Backlund transformation for variable coefficient non-linear systems. The (2+1)-dimensional generalized Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation with variable coefficients is used as an example to elucidate the solution procedure, and its symmetry transformation and exact solutions are obtained

Psychosocial implications of large-scale implementations of solar power in Malaysia

    Get PDF
The present study aimed to investigate the psychosocial impacts of large-scale solar (LSS) power projects. There were 225 participants (n = 109 women, n = 3 did not indicate gender) participated in our study by completing a series of questionnaires. We found that participants who lived farther from the LSS power project location and those who viewed the project as being impactful were optimistic about the benefits LSS power projects could bring. Our participants also demonstrated support for renewable energy development in Malaysia. These findings may provide important implications for the implementation and execution of LSS power projects and policies

BIOMECHANICAL MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION FOR WUSU COMPULSORY PROGRAM

INTRODUCTION: The Wusu compulsory program is a new form of competition. It differs from the Wusu optional program in that all the athletes must execute the same compulsory program. Following this, judges asses the level of expertise of athletes, by scores gained, based on their performance. The comparability and objectivity in grading a compulsory program is better than in an optional program. So it is feasible to analyze technique of the Wusu compulsory program using a biomechanical measuring method. The compulsory exercise described as, “the turn about for flying kick on the right“, was measured and analyzed quantitatively in this paper. With the calculations from this study, a new evaluation factor and advanced development of competitive Wusu wasdeveloped
