    The persuasive strategy in developing religious social relations in schools is needed not only to encourage school members to behave well in the school environment but must be able to instill religious values in the school community until the religious soul is embedded in them to behave both in internal and external environments. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The results of this study that the strategies carried out by schools are a) activities of greetings at the school gate, the Dhuha prayer in congregation, memorizing juz amma, and the midday prayer. b) the measurement is seen from the attitude of students and student participation in activities. c) how to maintain it by holding Islamic activities. d) the application of growing social sense is increasing. Suggestions for this research are: a) any results obtained by researchers should be a reference for internal improvement for the institution. b) institutions must continue to maintain good social relations between students and educators so that in the future the institution will be more advanced and of good quality. c) routine evaluation of the strategies that have been used.

    Perceived Organizational Support, Workplace Loneliness, and Creativity: Mediating Role of Workplace Loneliness, and Moderating Role of Proactive Personality

    Purpose: Workplace loneliness is not something we often hear in organizations. Being a pervasive issue and having adverse effects, little attention has been devoted to understanding its relationships. To address the gap, the present study was employed to investigate perceived organization support as antecedent and creativity as a consequence outcome of workplace loneliness among managerial level employees. Proactive personality was used as a moderator to test workplace loneliness relationships with antecedent and outcome for significance. Methodology: The research was conducted by adopting a cross-sectional design, where data was collected in dyads by using two separate questionnaires for manager-subordinate relationships. The sample population (N=348) were individuals in a dyadic relationship working at managerial and subordination levels from the banking, education, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors. By using CFA measurement model was accessed and hierarchical regression analysis was adopted to test the curvilinear relationship between perceived organizational support and workplace loneliness. Hays process macros were used for testing moderating effects. Finding& Conclusion: Results revealed a negative (-) relationship of workplace loneliness with its antecedent and outcome. This study also indicated that high proactive individuals are less likely to exhibit workplace loneliness when support is high. It also indicated that highly proactive individuals in the presence of workplace loneliness represent creative behavior as compared to low proactive individuals.

    Peningkatan Kemampuan Peserta Didik dalam Menjumlah Angka Bagian dengan Memakai Alat lukisan Besar wilayah di MTs.N 1 Enrekang (dibimbing oleh Usman, dan Muhammad Ahsan). Tujuan riset ini merupakan buat mengenali cara penataran penjumlahan bilangan pecahan dan kemampuan peserta didik, serta pengaruhnya dalam menggunakan media gambar luas daerah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang melibatkan 1 kelas sebagai kelas experimen .dengan metode pengumpulan informasi di maanfaatkan merupakan pemantauan dan tes ( pretest dan post test) kemudian analisis data dengan cara analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan analisis statistik inferensial. Untuk menentukan adanya efektif kita menggunakan kriteria yaitu (1) terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar minimal dalam kategori “sedang” (2) Tercapainya nilai KKM minimal 70, (3) aktivitas murid berada pada kategori “cukup”. Instrumen serta metode pengumpulan informasi yang dipakai dalam riset ialah (1) observasi,(2) tes belajar yang di peroleh dengan menggunakan teknik tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) hasil uji paired sample t- test buat informasi menunjukan pengaruh peningkatan peserta didik dalam menjumlah bilangan pecahan.(2) hasil uji paired sample tes men unjukan bahwa nilai signifikan pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 9,622 > t-tabel. Hal ini mengartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media gambar luas daerah secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik kelas VII dalam menjumlahkan bilangan pecahand MTs.N 1 Enrekang

    Inter-District Inequalities in Social Service Delivery: A Rationalised Approach towards Funds Disbursement

    For a less developed country, Pakistan has experienced a relatively high average per capita growth rate of 2.2 percent, for the period 1950-99 [Easterly (2003)]. Unfortunately, high growth rates have not trickled down sufficiently and the living condition of the general populace leaves a lot to be desired. The UNDP’s Human Development Index (HDI) report released in 2010, ranked Pakistan at 144th on the HDI, out of 178 countries [Wasif (2010)]. The HDI conceptualises poverty to be a multi-dimensional construct and considers adult literacy and life expectancy to be key indicators of the quality of life. Given, that Pakistan has experienced high growth rates but ranks so poorly on the HDI, clearly indicates that despite economic growth, the country faces serious challenges in social service delivery. The coverage of social services is limited and varies across different regions of the country. Easterly (2003) points out that in terms of adult literacy there is a huge variation across provinces and female literacy is only 3 percent in rural Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa whereas it is 41 percent in urban Sindh. Zaidi (2005) shows that the situation is not much different in case of health outcomes. The study shows that across the country, nearly half of pregnant women suffer from anaemia and 35 percent of children under age five are malnourished. Moreover, the numbers for infant mortality vary across provinces considerably with urban Punjab having an infant mortality of 70.6 per 1,000 live births compared to the 120.6 of urban Balochistan.

    IMPLEMENTASI VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN MATEMATIS PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X MIPA SMA NEGERI 4 BARRU

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik kelas X MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 4 Barru setelah implementasi video pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one-group pre-test-post-test design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X MIPA 3. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif pada hasil pre-test sebelum implementasi video pembelajaran diperoleh nilai rata-rata 40,05 dan frekuensi tertinggi berdasarkan klasifikasi adalah ketegori kurang yang layak sebesar 45%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik sebelum diberikan perlakuan masih dalam klasifikasi berkategori kurang. (2) Berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif pada hasil post-test sebelum implementasi video pembelajaran diperoleh nilai rata-rata 66,64 dan frekuensi tertinggi berdasarkan klasifikasi adalah ketegori baik yang layak sebesar 41%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik setelah diberikan perlakuan mengalami peningkatan. (3) Berdasarkan uji hipotesis hasil analisis diperoleh thitung ttabel yaitu 8.575 > 2.079. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi media video pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik kelas X MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 4 Barru (2) Berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif pada hasil post-test sebelum implementasi video pembelajaran diperoleh nilai rata-rata 66,64 dan frekuensi tertinggi berdasarkan klasifikasi adalah ketegori baik yang layak sebesar 41%.     Good Hospital Governance at the Indonesian Hospital

    This study aims to describe the commitment of stakeholders in implementing the Good Hospital Governance policy at the Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative exploratory approach with 13 (thirteen) informants who were determined by purposive sampling, the data analysis used was an interactive model data analysis from Miles and Huberman by triangulating methods and data sources. The results showed that the successful implementation of the Good Hospital Governance policy at Undata Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province which was viewed from 6 (six) supporting aspects of the implementation of the Van Metter and Van Horn policies had not been running properly. That is; aspects of resources, aspects of the characteristics of the executing agent, aspects of the attitudes/tendencies (dispositions) of the executing agents, and aspects of the external environment (economic, social, and political). Besides, an implementation must also be supported by the commitment of the owner, board of directors, and management as well as all hospital staff, to implement the principles of transparency, accountability, independence, responsibility, equality, and fairness

    Knowledge and attitude pertinent to COVID-19 and willingness to COVID vaccination among medical students of University College of Medicine & Dentistry Lahore

    Objectives: To determine the awareness and beliefs of medical students towards Corona disease and the COVID-19 vaccine and to assess the willingness to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Methods: This was a cross sectional study conducted on undergraduate medical students at University College of Medicine and dentistry, University of Lahore (UOL). A self-developed questionnaire containing demographic information, 8 knowledge and attitude items and 11 items for perceptions and willingness to get COVID-19 vaccine was completed by 410 participants.  Results: More than ninety five percent of participants were aware of the cause, mode of transmission and mortality associated with corona disease; however, a handful of them knew about the purpose of using vaccine. Majority of the participants believed that COVID-19 vaccine will be effective and a good way to get protected from the disease. Regarding willingness to get cocid-19 vaccine, more than half of the participants wanted to be the first to get vaccinated but majority were concerned about the safety of COVID-19 vaccine.  Conclusion: The medical students of University College of Medicine and dentistry, University of Lahore (UOL) displayed an adequate level of knowledge and awareness towards COVID-19 and a positive attitude about COVID-19 vaccine.
