Pengaruh Masa Kerja Dan Diklat Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri Di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU)
The aim of this research is to determine: 1) The effect of work experience on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency. 2) The influence of training on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency. 3) The influence of work period and training on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency. This research is a type of associative quantitative research with a survey design which took a sample of 226 teachers from a population of 572 State High School teachers in OKU Regency. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The data collection method used in this research is using questionnaires and documentation. Data instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is the prerequisite analysis technique, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test, relative contribution test and effective contribution test. The results of this research are: 1) There is an influence of length of service on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency which can be accepted based on multiple linear regression analysis with (t test) it is known that tcount> ttableand with an effective contribution of 24.3%. 2) There is an influence of training on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency which can be accepted based on hypothesis testing analysis with (t test) it is known that tcount> ttable and the effective contribution is 34.0%. 3) There is an influence of work period and training on the performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency which can be accepted based on hypothesis test analysis with (F test) it is known that Fcount>Ftable, namely 31.972 > 3.306 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.583, which shows that 58.3% of the variation in performance of State High School teachers in OKU Regency is influenced by length of service and training while the remainder is influenced by other variables
