    Organizational culture is a key values that are believed and contain characteristics that are brought by members of the organization into their organization, which then make a value system at different intensities and gives it a different identity, so that the organization has a personality as a system that is shared and will create an effective organization with a strong culture and is different from other organizations. To achieve a good internalization of the values, is a long process, started from socialization. The aimed of this research is to identify the process of developing organizational culture at PT X, that manufacturing car’s engines. The method used by qualitative research using interview, observation, discission and internal data (secondary data). The current stage of the program is under the awareness and understanding, thus still need a long process and intervention to the stage of internalization

    Kinetika Adsorpsi Logam Timbal (Pb) Menggunakan Ampas Tebu dan Gambas Kering pada Air Sumur Gali Sekitar TPA Batu Layang

    The dug well water around Batu Layang landfill contains heavy metals, namely lead (Pb) and iron (Fe). This study aims to determine the adsorption kinetics model of each activated carbon. Heavy metal sorption uses activated carbon made from bagasse (AT), dried gambas (GK), and a combination (ATGK). The research method used jar tests with mass variations of 1 g, 2 g, 3 g and contact times of 30 and 60 minutes. Activation of activated carbon using 0.5 M HCl solution for 24 hours. Kinetics analysis is based on first-order and second-order kinetics. Langmuir, Freundlich, and BET adsorption equations are used in the adsorption process. The results showed that the adsorption kinetics of Pb metal for AT and GK activated carbons followed the second order while ATGK followed the first order. The adsorption equation for Pb metal for AT and GK activated carbon follows the Freundlich isotherm and ATGK activated carbon follows the BET isotherm. This research is important to see the potential of activated carbon made from AT and GK to be effective in adsorbing heavy metals.

    Potensi Limbah Kulit Nanas (Ananas comsus) dan Kemangi (Ocimum basilicum) sebagai Bahan Dasar Hand sanitizer

    Kulit nanas dan daun kemangi memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan hand sanitizer di Era Pandemi covid-19 saat ini mengandung senyawa flavonoid yang bersifat desinfektan yang mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Bentuk sediaan yang dibuat adalah hand sanitizer spray. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tahapan pembuatan hand sanitizer berbahan dasar ekstrak limbah kulit nanas dan daun kemangi serta mengetahui hasil uji pH, uji iritasi kulit, uji bakteri, dan uji homogenitas. Pada produk hand sanitizer ekstrak limbah kulit nanas dan daun kemangi diperoleh dengan metode penyaringan biasa dan penambahan etanol 96% untuk menetralisasikan pH hand sanitizer agar aman untuk kulit serta penambahan ocean fresh fragfrance untuk mengurangi bau dari ekstrak kulit nanas. Hand sanitizer ini diformulasikan dengan konsentrasi limbah kulit nanas : daun kemangi : etanol (1:1:3, 1:2:5, 1:3:6). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sampel pH berada pada range 4,5-4,76 yang masih aman untuk kulit sesuai SNI. Campuran tersebut setiap sampel yaitu homogen dan tidak menyebabkan iritasi kulit. Efektivitas yang paling baik dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri yaitu konsentrasi 1:3:6 dengan 86,4%.
