El propósito de la presente investigación es desarrollar una propuesta de optimización del proceso de pagos y transferencias bancarias para disminuir los tiempos y sobrecostos a través de la activación de herramientas electrónicas en una empresa de importaciones del sector eléctrico. Para lograr esto, se desarrollará un análisis del proceso actual, identificando áreas de oportunidad de mejora para su optimización. Se trabajará en la eliminación de actividades que no agregan valor, simplificación de procesos, integración de actividades de manera más efectiva y automatización de procesos. Esta investigación demuestra el beneficio de las herramientas de las plataformas bancarias para disminuir los tiempos; además de tener un impacto a corto y mediano plazo dentro del proceso actual de la empresa. La optimización de este permitirá una mejor toma de decisiones y una mayor eficiencia en el área de finanzas, lo que se traducirá en un ahorro económico y disminución de actividades operativas innecesarias.The purpose of this research is to develop a proposal for optimizing the payments and bank transfers process in order to reduce time and extra costs through the implementation of electronic tools in an electrical sector import company. To achieve this, an analysis of the current process will be conducted, identifying areas of improvement opportunities for optimization. It will involve the elimination of non-value-added activities, process simplification, more effective activity integration, and process automation. This research demonstrates the benefits of using banking platform tools to reduce processing times, along with their short and medium-term impact on the company's current process. Methodology to increase productivity in a production process in a textile company by means of 5S and Standard Work

At present, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are a fundamental component of business development in Latin America, due to the large share of these companies in the national GDP. Despite the fact that SMEs in the textile sector have grown exponentially by taking advantage of opportunities, most of them currently have low productivity. This problem arises due to the lack of knowledge and mastery of tools that help, to a greater extent, to optimize processes, reduce time, and achieve competitive objectives. To overcome these deficiencies, the main objective of the following research is to include the standardization of processes to satisfy the continuous flow in the sector based on an improvement model using 5S and Standard Work in a textile company.
