Strategi Politik Pasangan Amris dan Sakti Meraih Dukungan Masyarakat pada Pilkada Dumai Tahun 2015

Through the local elections allow the accommodation of the wishes and aspirations of society to realize a better life. The presence of independent candidates (Amris, SY and Sakti) will have a positive impact teradap political competition in the post of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of the period 2016-2021. The new independent candidates appeared first in Kota Dumai so seem less popular in the public eye. Independent candidates have no ideology and no mass base is strong because it is not supported by the political parties, so that it can be seen that the candidate of the independent who dare to appear, especially in the General Election Dumai should be more widely supported on several factors such as having a strong image and supported from economic factors ,Researchers detailing the following research problem: How can a political strategy and a pair Amris Way in winning support in the elections Dumai 2015?.This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis using descriptive technique in which data has been collected subsequent grouped by types and their uses. Then the data is processed and analyzed according to the theory used and presented in the form of descriptions. Analysis of data is divided into two: the analysis of statistical data and non-statistical data analysis, given the data writing is not the form but the results of the analysis process used is non-statistical data analysis.Based on studies it appears that the vote is a pair Amris independent partner and Sakti gain support as many as 20 882 voice or the voice of 17.88%. If seen from the number of ballot upon verification of prospective follow Regional Head and the vote at the election Dumai 2015 elections on an independent partner of this decline amounted to 1,581 voice sounds. The decline was caused including the votes by the following: a) The pair candidate for mayor who had served became Mayor and Deputy Mayor of so many people who know the couple's lunge. b) an independent pair is not supported by sufficient funding so that the approach taken to the people not to touch the whole society

Correlation between hepatitis B G1896A precore mutations and HBeAg in chronic HBV patients

Background: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is an important health concern worldwide, with critical outcomes. Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) negative chronic hepatitis B is frequently caused by a mutation (G1896A) in the hepatitis B virus (HBV) precore (PC) reading frame, which creates a stop codon, causing premature termination of the HBe protein. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the G1896A PC mutation and its effect on HBeAg detection in chronic HBV patients. Patients and Methods: In this study, 120 chronic HBV patients neither vaccinated or who had benefited from immunoglobulin therapy, were recruited. The HBV-DNA was extracted from plasma and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed. Positive PCR products were subjected to automated sequencing. The HBV serological markers hepatitis B s antigen (HBsAg), HBeAg were tested. Results: One hundred out of 120 (83.3%) patients were HBeAg negative and 100% were HBsAg positive. The comparison of nucleotide sequences with the reference sequence (Accession number: AB033559) in HBeAg negative patients showed that there was a high rate of mutations in G1896A (93.18%). Conclusions: This study indicates that the rate of G1896A mutation at the PC region among HBeAg negative patients, in the Golestan province of Iran, was similar to the average rate encountered in other parts of Iran. The PC stop codon mutation was detected in 93.18% of HBeAg negative patients. Further studies with larger sample sizes are required to elucidate the exact role of these mutations in the clinical course of chronic HBV infection. © 2015, Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences

This research entitled "Community Movement in Establishing Kenegerian Three Upper Baturijal Lorong As Indigenous Villages In Peranap District Indragiri Hulu Regency Year 2014-2015". This form of research is based on the existence of Law Number 6 Year 2014 About the Village. Based on the provisions of the rules for determining customary villages, then the three areas of Lorong Baturijal Hulu areas to be custom villages in Peranap District. How is the community movement in realizing the customary village in Kenegerian Tiga Lorong and its failure factor. The purpose of this study is to describe the movement and efforts of the community and internal and external barriers in forming the Kenegerian Three Lorong Baturijal Hulu as a custom village in Peranap District Indragiri Hulu Regency 2014-2015. The benefit of this research is as a material of scientific information for researchers who want to study the movement of society in forming custom village. The research method used is qualitative descriptive by using basic descriptive qualitative research analysis with interactive analysis model. There are two theories used, namely the theory of social movements and the concept of custom village formation. The results showed that in the social movement stage decline ending failure, and there are factors of failure of community movement in determining Kenegerian Three Lorong Baturijal Hulu as custom village in Kecamatan Peranap

Tracking the Swelling COVID-19 Vaccine Chatter on TikTok in Indonesia

On Indonesian social media, ambivalent sentiments towards the government’s COVID-19 vaccination program are amplified and solidified into polarized stances, creating fierce competition between opponents and proponents of vaccination to shape public perceptions. • These polarized stances are particularly pronounced on TikTok as its videos swiftly go viral by providing quick visual impact and instant emotional gratification to users. TikTok videos on contentious issues tend to fuel strong sentiments on an intuitive level, even if factual evidence is flimsy. • On Indonesian TikTok, anti-vaccine messages are often mixed with global COVID19 conspiracy theories and merged with domestic anti-government and anti-Chinese sentiments; furthermore, they are typically couched in religious discourse and spread by religious micro-influencers. • The government tried to counter the online spread of anti-vaccine messages by pressuring social media companies to remove misinformation and block accounts that spread them, while also intensifying its vaccination campaign on TikTok and other social media by using celebrities and influencers. • However, the silencing of anti-vaccine voices on social media does not make them disappear, and risks being interpreted as “evidence” of the government’s lack of transparency and hidden agendas. Besides engaging in social media battles, the government would do well to engage in grassroots dialogue with the sceptics

Birth certificate is a certificate issued by the competent authority, which is related to the birth in order to acquire or obtain legal certainty against someone. Deed made based on reports of births conveyed within the time limit no later than 60 (sixty) working days for the citizen and 10 (ten) working days from the date of birth for foreigners baby. The research to aims identify and analyze of Birth Certificate Child Care Arrangements in the District Of Bukit Batu. The writer used qualitative method and the technique of collecting data are interview, observation and documentation. The interview was conducted by the research informants defined through snowball sampling technique.The theory of Bronoos in Sutupo will be used as reference to analyze and Ädefines the overall area is service a birth certificate there are some good service quality criteria which professionalism and skills, attitudes and behaviors, and trustworthy reliability, accessibility and flexibility, improved. Data collection using the techniques of observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive techniques.The result of showed, Effectiveness a obtaining of certificate service has not running well based on the minimum services standart that have been established in regulations. This matter could be seen from the phenomenon and fact of the implementation of certificate service that occured on the real life. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the driving factors of customers to deposit their money in Bank Sumut. The driving factors that analyzed in this research are availability of products, location, security,promotion, and the credibility of the bank. This research used primary data that collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Bank Sumut customers. The research uses descriptive analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pelaksanaan Sistem Kaderisasi Partai Golkar di Kota Pekanbarun Tahun 2011-2013

This research is motivated by lex number 2 of 2011 about politic party, containing about forming of cadres as one of prereqruiment to legal politic party. Golkar Party is mass party and has 30 years on Indonesian politic. Party Golkar dominate has spread to all Indonesian region. However, in recent years a decline in the number of cadres, specially in Pekanbaru City.This qualitative research with indepht interview and documentation as data collection techniques. This research armed to explain forming of cadres implementate on Golkar Party in Pekanbaru 2011-2013. The theory used Political Party theory, Political education and forming of cadres system. Forming of cadres system is necessary for Political Party, cause forming or cadres is process to made human resources to be responsible leader.The result is, Golkar Party in Pekanbaru has not be able to implement forming of cadres as well. In 2011-2013, Golkar Party in Pekanbaru only do one education and training in 2013, that is orientation of fungsionaris. Education and traning carrie out least once a year. Consolidation is other of forming of cadres activity. Consolidation is also held once on 2012, which is this activity not appropriate to the concept.
