Digital Game Prototyping Using Board Game/Table Top as it’s Mock Up Case Study: Taman Putroe Phang Game Project
Many of the games with the Indonesian culture adaptations has been developed nowadays. Some of them
are made for commercial markets and the other still developed as portfolio and also academic purposes. Some
games, already had great gameplay and also had some beautifully digitalized artwork. However, in academic level
games projects such as communications designs student’s final projects games prototyping, they often show many
errors in the process, especially at gameplay and asset’s development. This circumstances happened because they
(the students) lack of the knowledge about how to make a good gameplay based on narrations and always concern
about how to designing the visual contents than make it have a great game. With the qualitative research methods by
analyzing a games’ project called Taman Putroe Phang, a game project which adapting the Aceh’s Kingdom
Romance History. Using game development theory and game design theories, this research wants to explain about
how the game developed using board game/ tabletop prototyping before go to the digitalized final game design. The
research purpose is to give a perspective and helps the beginner game designer to make a success game prototype
using the table top mock up at the process, that shown in game’s prototype.

On the Whittle Index for Restless Multi-armed Hidden Markov Bandits
We consider a restless multi-armed bandit in which each arm can be in one of
two states. When an arm is sampled, the state of the arm is not available to
the sampler. Instead, a binary signal with a known randomness that depends on
the state of the arm is available. No signal is available if the arm is not
sampled. An arm-dependent reward is accrued from each sampling. In each time
step, each arm changes state according to known transition probabilities which
in turn depend on whether the arm is sampled or not sampled. Since the state of
the arm is never visible and has to be inferred from the current belief and a
possible binary signal, we call this the hidden Markov bandit. Our interest is
in a policy to select the arm(s) in each time step that maximizes the infinite
horizon discounted reward. Specifically, we seek the use of Whittle's index in
selecting the arms. We first analyze the single-armed bandit and show that in
general, it admits an approximate threshold-type optimal policy when there is a
positive reward for the `no-sample' action. We also identify several special
cases for which the threshold policy is indeed the optimal policy. Next, we
show that such a single-armed bandit also satisfies an approximate-indexability
property. For the case when the single-armed bandit admits a threshold-type
optimal policy, we perform the calculation of the Whittle index for each arm.

Analysis Expression of ZIP1 and Caspase-3 Protein in Adenocarsinoma of the Prostate
Background: Carcinogenesis of adenocarcinoma of the prostate occurs due to dysregulation of zinc level within the cells. Intracellular zinc molecules influx is regulated by a transporter protein ZIP1, whose non-presence is predicted to inhibit apoptosis, thus leads to the development of prostate adenocarcinoma. Methods: This study was aimed to analyse the correlation of ZIP1 and Caspase-3 expression in prostate adenocarcinoma on its grading as represented by Gleason Score. This was a cross-sectional, retrospective analytical study on 31 Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue that meets inclusion criteria. The specimen was stained using the immune-histochemistry technique for ZIP1 and Caspase-3. Protein expression of each case was counted using ImageJ analysis. Gleason score was acquired as secondary data from the cases' reports. The correlation of their expression with respect to Gleason score was analysed with Pearson's correlation using SPSS 11.5. Results: Mean expression level of ZIP1 and Caspase-3 in prostate adenocarcinoma were 35% and 33%, respectively. There was a significantly positive correlation between ZIP1 and Caspase-3 expression (r=0.379; p=0.018). However, their correlation was stronger in intermediate-grade group (r=0.73; p=0.01) and the correlation was much weaker in high-grade group (r=0.04; p=0.48). Conclusions: There was a positive correlation between ZIP1 and Caspase-3 expression in prostate adenocarcinoma.
Bank response to capital requirements: Theory and Indian evidence

Flouted Maxims in the Main Characters' Utterances of Wreck - IT Ralph Animated Movie
Keywords: Cooperative Principles, Flouting Maxims, Intended Meanings, Wreck-it Ralph Animated Movie Paul Grice proposes a cooperative principle that consists of four maxims to make an effective and efficient communication in conversation. However, in the real life, people do not always obey this principle. This phenomenon is called flouting of maxim. The researcher conducts a research on flouting of maxims in “Wreck-it Ralph” animated movie where the main characters produce utterances flouting maxims. There are two problems to solve in this research: (1) what maxims are flouted by the main characters in the animated movie entitled Wreck-it Ralph? and (2) what are the intended meanings of the utterances being flouted by main characters in the animated movie entitled Wreck-it Ralph? This research used the qualitative approach because it was intended to describe the flouted maxims produced by the main characters in Wreck-it Ralph animated movie. The type of analysis in this research is document analysis. The data were the main characters' utterances flouting maxims, and the data source was the script of Wreck-it Ralph movie. The results showed that there were four kinds of maxims flouted by the main characters totaling 28 utterances. The mostly flouted is maxim of manner. The next was the maxim of relation, maxim of quantity, and the fewest is maxim of quality. There are some intended meanings found in the utterances flouted by the main characters, such as to make conversation serious or funny, to avoid a conflict, to show good impression, to give proof, to make some surprise, to hide bad issue, and to show some regard. From this research, the researcher suggests that the next researchers analyze the flouting of maxim in different object because there are many interesting objects such as novel, comic, debate, talk show, or the other objects that more unique and interesting that can be found in this modern era
