Perbedaan Motivasi Berprestasi Mahasiswa Semester Vii-a Jalur Seleksi Pbud dengan Mahasiswa Semester Viib Jalur Seleksi Lokal pada Prodi Pg Paud Fkip Universitas Riau

This research was intended to find out the disparity ofmotivation of achievement of the 7th term student selected outthrough PBUD selection and ones picked out through local selectionat the study program of PG PAUD in FKIP UR. This paper was acomparative research that it compared the indicator and variable toagroup of respondents. The data was collected by using aninstrument in form of serveyor, in where the serveyor was developedfrom a variable of motivation with three indicators. Indicator I: therisk taker consisted of 12 discriptors; Indicator II: ones who neededfeedback consisted of 8 discriptors; and Indicator III: ones whoconsidered succes consisted of 8 discriptors. The number of alldiscriptors was 28 units. After being tested for the validity, 4 of themwere invalid. The population of this research was 94 student who 42of them were the students from PBUD selection and the other 52were from the local selection. The sample of the research was 64students, 30 of them were from PBUD selection and the other werefrom the local selection.Based on the data collected, the score of motivation of achievementof the PBUD studends was 79.833 and percentage was 83.16%. Thenumber of percentage was “very high” after being matched withcriterion. While the score of local selected students was 76.4112 oethe number in percent was 79.63% which was considered in the levelof high. While in the hypothesis of search testing with computercalculation, it was showed that there was a disparity of themotivation of the students selected through PBUD selection to theones picked out through local selection at the study program of PGPAUD in FKIP UR. Based on the calculation of thitung, the result was3.698327 higher than ttabel which was only 2.617 in thelevel of significance 0.01. Thus, Ho was rejected, which meant thatthere was a disparity of motivation on achievement of the 7th termstudents of PBUD selection and the students of local selection

Konsep Diri Warga Belajar Program Kesetaraan di Pkbm Pelita Riau, Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this research are: 1) To know the level of self-understanding of citizens learning equality program, 2) To know the level of self-feelings of citizens learning equality program, 3) To know the level of self-view of citizens learning equality program, 4) to know the level of self-confidence (5) To know whether there is a difference between the self-concept of packet A, packet B, and package C, and 7) To know the contribution / contribution of age factor, gender , Religion, ethnicity, family type, and social class in shaping the concept of self-learned citizens. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The variables in this study are self-concept of citizens learning equality program, and without connecting with other variables. Selanjutanya used indicators adopted from several opinions of experts, including: 1. Self-understanding, 2. Feelings, 3. Self-views, and 4. Confidence. This research was conducted at CLC Pelita Riau, Rumbai Pesisir Sub-district, Pekanbaru City, involving 55 residents studying equality program from Package A, Package B, and Package C as research sample. Data collection technique used in this research is using questionnaire with scale Measurements are: Strongly Agree (SS), Agree (S), Doubt (RR), Disagree (TS), and Strongly Disagree (STS). Pendidikan Tarekat di Surau Qawiyyul Amin Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This research is based on the difference of education in every tarekat surau in Rokan Hulu regency. The formulation of this research problem is how about this prosess of education tarekat in Surau Qawiyyul Amin Rokan Hulu regency ?. The purpose of this research is to know the form of education in Surau Qawiyyul Amin Rokan Hulu district. Informants in this study are the researchers themselves and respondents as many as 3 people who have been selected by researchers. The sample used is propoersive sampling. This research instrument uses interview, observation and documentation. The result of the analysis that can be drawn conclusion of tarekat education process in Surau Qawiyyul Amin is done by doing orientation period, then bai'at, then follow the routine activity of charity weekly (wirid)

Peranan Orang Tua dalam Mendidik Anak di Rumah Desa Pulau Lawas Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar

This research is based on the less notice of the parents to children around age 6-12 years old in Lawas Island Village, Bangkinang subdistrict, Kampar regency. The aim of this research is about how is the parents role in educating their children at Lawas island, bangkinang subdistrict , Kampar regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of parents in educating their children at lawas, bangkinang subdistrict , Kampar regency.The population of this research are 143 participants an the sample of this research are 30 participants which is took by random sampling technique. The data collection instrument is by questionaire around 90 statements and after the trial there are 80 statements left that can be used for research instruments. The analysis data is quantitative descriptive . the result of this research is the role of parentsin educating their children at lawas island, bankinang subdistrict , kampar regency by recapitulation of presentation value, the result is high level by (SS-S) 82,9 % and (KD)11,1 % and (SR+P) 5 % with mean value 4.0 in high level

The Role of Parents in Fostering Self-confidence for the Fishermen\u27s\u27 Children Studying in College at Bantan Air Village Sub-district of Bantan the Regency of Bengkalis

The purpose of study was to find out the role of parents in fostering self-confidence for the fishermen\u27s\u27 children studying in college at Bantan Air villagesub-district of Bantan the regency of Bengkalis. The right thing in the study wasthat the parents educated their children until college. The method used in the studywas descriptive and the population of study was parents numbering 30 parents.The writer did not take any sample because the population of study was not much.In collecting the data about the role of parents in fostering self-confidence for thefishermen\u27s\u27 children studying in college the writer used questionnaires directedto the respondents or parents. The data which have been collected were analyzedquantitative approach it was product moment correlation technique. Aftercollecting and analyzing the data the writer concluded that there was the role ofparents in fostering self-confidence for the fishermen\u27s\u27 children studying incollege at Bantan Air village sub-district of Bantan the regency of Bengkalis. Theanalysis resulted the statistic reliability with amount of 0.951. The score meansthe role of parents in fostering self-confidence for the fishermen\u27s\u27 childrenstudying in college. Pandangan Remaja terhadap Pendidikan Seks dalam Keluarga di Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the perception of adolescent towards sex educationin the family at Tangkerang Tengah village, Pekanbaru . Formulation of the problem inthis research is how high the perception of adolescent towards sex education in the familyat Tangkerang Tengah village,Pekanbaru?.This is a descriptive study with a quantitativeapproach which aims to describe the result with figures. The sampling technique using aquota sampling technique, which is a technique for determining a sample of the populationthat have certain characteristics until the expectations of the amount of quota. Datacollection techniques in this study is by using a questionnaire, which was 56 statementitem. The data obtained from respondents who were 30 to sample the test and 89 for thestudy. After polling in the trial, there are six items that are not valid, and the researchersremoved one by one fact that is not, so the whole instrument reliably indicated byCronbach alpha = 0.96. The result of the data analysis shows that the perception ofadolescent towards sex education in the family from indicator sex differences between menand women relatively high with the value of mean 3.73 and Standard Deviation (SD) 0.74,compared with three other indicator that are the role of sex, the function and need of sex,and personal development. It means that the adolescent feel that sex education is related tosex differnces between men and women is very important for a parents to be given toadolescent

This study is based on the existence of students who assess the activities of Hima Plus is less developed and they tend to be less acting in organizational activities of Hima Plus. The formulation of this research problem is how high the level of student expectations of organizational activities Hima Plus? The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student expectations of organizational activities Hima Plus. The population of this study amounted to 181 people. The sample technique used is Proportionate Startified Random Sampling and produce 158 samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire. From result of data analysis hence can be drawn conclusion that student expectation to activity of organization of Hima Plus in Study Program of Outside Education of University of Riau high enough

Based on the result observation on 7 June 2014 at Pondokan X RT1/RW3 the village Simpang Baru subdistrict Tampan city of Pekanbaru, there are: (1) some occupants unfriendly, (2) founded some of groups among occupants. The aim of this research is to know the interpersonal communication colleger at Pondokan X RT1/RW3 the village Simpang Baru subdistrict Tampan city of Pekanbaru, kind of the communication are: (i) communication among two persons or more, (ii) informal situation, (ii) kind of focuse interaction, (iv) exchange of verbal and non verbal signal, (v) feed back. Pengorganisasian Pkbm Sari Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru

Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to determine the organizing principle of CLC Sari Tassel Coastal District of the city of Pekanbaru, namely: (i) the purpose of the organization, (ii) organizing the division of labor, (iii) the responsibility of the organizing authority, (iv) coordination, focus of the study include aspects where (place), actors (actor), and activity (activity) performed by CLC Sari Tassel Coastal District of the city of Pekanbaru.This study used a qualitative research method of this type of ethnography, ethnography is to describe culture as such or seek buadaya theme.Informants in this study is the leaders of the CLC Sari as an informant core, administrative staff as informants control, and tutors as key informants. As for how to collect the data is by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation.Collecting and analyzing data using Spradley models are: (1) the domain analysis, (2) analysis of taxonomy, (3) analysis komponensial and (4) analysis of the cultural theme. In accordance with the appropriate discussion and research purposes, it can be concluded: 1). The aim is to explore the potential of community organizing in learning needs, foster interest in learning to the learners as well as take advantage of the potential that exists within themselves wrga learning. 2). The division of labor is the organizing institution leaders CLC Sari divide the work in accordance with their expertise and their functions. 3). Responsibility in organizing authority is the leader of the institution determines that the program will be held in accordance with the needs of the learners. 4). Coordination is a leader in organizing CLC Sari organize and plan all the programs on the CLC and assisted by the members. 5). Responsibilities in the organization are administrative staff and tutors are given the task of taking care of correspondence and teaching. 6).
