Régimen de gradualidad de infracciones y su impacto tributario en las MYPEs de los salones de belleza en el distrito de San Miguel, 2021

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el impacto tributario del Régimen de Gradualidad de Infracciones en las MYPES de salones de belleza del distrito de San Miguel, año 2021. Cabe mencionar que para el año 2021 se emitió la modificatoria 078-2021 SUNAT, en la cual se aplica una rebaja del 100% de la multa para la infracción tipificada en el numeral 1 del artículo 176° del Código Tributario. Asimismo, el estudio está conformado por una estructura de 5 capítulos. El primer capítulo denominado “Marco teórico” detalla los conceptos relacionados a las dos variables (independiente y dependiente), de tal manera que puedan comprender el tema a desarrollar. El segundo capítulo denominado “Plan de investigación” describe la problemática del estudio y se formulan los objetivos e hipótesis generales y específicas. De la misma manera, el enfoque de investigación utilizado es mixto, con un diseño experimental-transversal de tipo descriptivo-correlacional, el cual es detallado en el tercer capítulo, denominado “Metodología de la investigación”, donde también, se determinó el tamaño de la población y muestra de la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa. Asimismo, el cuarto capítulo denominado “Desarrollo de la investigación” muestra los resultados obtenidos por los instrumentos de medición utilizados en el estudio y el planteamiento de un caso práctico. Finalmente, el quinto capítulo denominado “Análisis de los resultados de la investigación” se detallan y explican los resultados del cuarto capítulo. Además, se realizaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones para el estudio planteado.The present research work aims to determine the tax impact of the Regime of Graduality of Infractions in the MYPES of beauty services of the district of San Miguel, year 2021. It is worth mentioning that for the year 2021 the amendment 078-2021 SUNAT was issued, in which a reduction of 100% of the fine is applied for the infraction typified in numeral 1 of article 176° of the Tax Code. Likewise, the study is made up of a structure of 5 chapters. The first chapter called "Theoretical Framework" details the concepts related to the two variables (independent and dependent), so that they can understand the topic to be developed. The second chapter called "Research Plan" describes the problems of the study and the general and specific objectives and hypotheses are formulated. GOMIFRUT - Sugar and Sodium Free Gummies

Actualmente, la alimentación no balanceada es uno de los mayores problemas de nuestro país. La mayoría de las personas no cuenta con educación alimenticia para el cuidado de su dieta diaria. Por ello, el consumo desordenado de alimentos con altos índices de azúcar, sodio, preservantes, entre otros influye constantemente en el desarrollo de enfermedades como diabetes, anemia y demás. Asimismo, se puede evidenciar que el mercado no cuenta con alternativas saludables, que satisfagan a clientes que demandan productos golosinaros que no perjudiquen su salud (snacks). Por ello, se ha realizado un plan de negocios que evalúa, desarrolla y genera gomitas saludables a base de insumo naturales, denominado GOMIFRUT. Cabe resaltar que cuenta con 2 presentaciones: Frutos Tropicales y Frutos silvestres, los cuales son elaborados salubremente. Asimismo, el objetivo del proyecto es que las personas puedan integrar el producto a su dieta diaria teniendo la seguridad de que no serán perjudicados por su ingesta. En un plazo de 2 años y 6 meses aproximadamente, se demuestra una generación de valor por S/14,437 incluyendo la inversión realizada y todos los recursos necesarios para su óptimo funcionamiento.Nowadays, unbalanced food is one of the biggest problems in our country.
