Сельское хозяйство в экономике Республики Башкортостан: ретроспективный экономико-статистический анализ

This article presents retropective economic and statistical analysis of the role of agriculture in the economy of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The study examined the patterns and trends occurring in Russian and regional economies in the long-term dynamics of 1990 - 2016; macroeconomic indicators outlining the role of agriculture in both regional economy and Russian economy in general were compared. The authors constructed and analyzed trend models of the share of gross value added (GVA) of agriculture in the total gross value added of all branches of the regional economy, fixed assets of agriculture in the total volume of fixed assets and the level of fixed capital investment in agriculture in total investment of republic. Comparative analysis of the Russian average macroeconomic indicators with the indicators of Republic of Bashkortostan demonstrated that, in general, the trends in the republic’s agricultural sector are more encouraging compared to the general national trends.Данная статья отражает результаты ретроспективного экономико-статистического анализа роли сельского хозяйства в экономике Республики Башкортостан. Изучены закономерности и тенденции, имевшие место в сельском хозяйстве в период с 1990 по 2016 г., проведен сопоставительный анализ макроэкономических показателей, отражающих роль сельского хозяйства в региональной экономике и российской экономике в целом. Построены и прокомментированы трендовые модели доли валовой добавленной стоимости (ВДС) сельского хозяйства в общем объеме ВДС всех отраслей региональной экономики, основных фондов сельского хозяйства в общем объеме основных фондов и инвестиций в основной капитал сельского хозяйства в объеме всех инвестиций республики. Сравнительный анализ среднероссийских макроэкономических показателей и показателей Республики Башкортостан показал, что в целом в аграрном секторе республики положительные тенденции проявляются в большей мере по сравнению с общероссийским трендом

Economic Evaluation of the Efficiency of Supply Chain Management in Agricultural Production Based on Multidimensional Research Methods

The article studies the system of indicators characterizing the efficiency of supply chain management in agricultural production. The hierarchical classification of the subjects of the Russian Federation according to the indicators characterizing the results of the activity of the agricultural sector has been carried out. Clusters with high, medium and low levels of supply chains management’s efficiency have been identified. Regions for selected clusters are set. A comparative analysis of the regions on the performance of the agricultural sector has been carried out. Regularities are revealed, prospects for further development are defined. For each cluster promising areas of effective development of agriculture were identified
