    PENDEKATAN PRODUKSI BERSIH DAN TITIK KRITIS AKTIVITAS PERIKANAN TANGKAP YANG BERBASIS DI PPN BRONDONG, LAMONGAN

    Trend hasil tangkapan ikan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Brondong cenderung meningkat selama rentang waktu 2008 – 2017, peningkatan intensitas pendaratan hasil tangkapan berpeluang menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap mutu ikan dan lingkungan sekitar.  Pencegahan penurunan mutu hasil tangkapan dimulai dari di atas kapal, pendaratan di dermaga, hingga penanganan di tempat pelelangan ikan diperlukan untuk meminimalisir dampak tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penanganan mutu ikan, titik kritis dan limbah/komponen sisa yang terbentuk, serta merumuskan strategi produksi bersih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis peta kendali p, analisis titik kritis, model regresi berganda, dan pollution prevention approach model.  Penanganan mutu ikan hasil tangkapan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Brondong masih belum maksimal (terdapat cacat mutu di luar kendali). Titik kritis aktivitas perikanan tangkap yang berbasis di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Brondong terdiri atas penanganan dingin ikan dan umpan di kapal, kelayakan kapal, durasi pendaratan dan pengkondisian ikan selama pendaratan, upaya mempertahankan suhu ideal ikan selama proses, serta kecepatan dan ketepatan proses di tempat pelelangan ikan. Limbah/komponen sisa yang pengaruhnya siginfikan adalah lelehan es (sig 0,022) dan tumpahan bahan bakar minyak (sig 0,000).  Strategi produksi bersih prioritas di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Brondong adalah pelatihan rantai dingin dan pemberian es yang sesuai standar (rethink), pemasangan permanen tangki bahan bakar minyak dan segera perbaiki instalasi yang bocor (recovery), membuang lelehan es keruh dan mengontaminasi (reduce), serta pelatihan peningkatan kesadaran dan mitigasi risiko kebocoran instalasi bahan bakar minyak (rethink).    The trend of fish production in Fishing Port Brondong tended to increase during 2008 – 2017, but the intensity of its activities had a negatives impact on the quality and the  environment. Prevention from onboard ships, landing in port, to handling in fish auctions is needed to minimize these impacts. This study aims to analyze the handling of fish quality, critical points and waste/residual components formed and to formulate a clean production strategy. The research used p control chart analysis, critical point analysis, multiple regression model, and the pollution prevention approach model. Handling the quality of fish caught in Fishing Port Brondong was still not optimal (there were quality defects out of control). The critical points of capture fisheries activities based on Fishing Port Brondong were cold handling of fish and bait on board, ship worthiness, duration of landing and conditioning of fish during landing, efforts to maintain the ideal temperature of fish during processing, speed and accuracy of processing in a fish auction. Waste/residual components that had a significant effect were melted ice (sig 0.022) and fuel spills (sig 0.000). The priority clean production strategies on Fishing Port Brondong were cold chain training and provision of ice according to standards (rethink), permanent installation of fuel tanks and immediate repair of leaky installations (recovery), removing cloudy and contaminating melted ice (reduce), training to increase awareness and mitigating the risk of leaking fuel installations (rethink)
