    This research aims to analyze some hypotheses provided. First, the effect of family ownership on financial performance. Second, the effect of family ownership on agency cost. Third, the effect of agency cost on financial performance. Forth, the effect of business strategies in moderating the relationship between family ownership and financial performance. Lastly, the effect of agency cost as a moderating variable between family ownership relationships and financial performance. The object of this research is to analyze the non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by looking at the Annual Reports in 2016-2018. The sampling method is by using purposive sampling, which obtained 117 of company or 351 units of analysis. Those sample tested by PLS-SEM through Smart PLS Version 3. The results of this research are found in the following sentences. First, family ownership has a direct and having significant positive effect on financial performance. Second, family ownership has a positive but not having significant effect on agency cost. Third, agency cost has a negative and having significant effect on financial performance. Forth, business strategy is moderating the relationship between family ownership and financial performance.     Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must be recognized as a strategic and important force to accelerate regional development, because the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is increasing every year, where the number of MSMEs in Indonesia in 2020 is 64.2 million units, and proven contributes 61 percent to GDP (Gross Domestic Income) (Airangga, 2021). MSME problems include financial and non-financial problems. To overcome these MSME problems, supply chain management can be implemented by implementing several activities, namely (1) management of managerial aspects aimed at increasing productivity, marketing capabilities, and human resource development, (2) capital aspects by collaborating with banks, and (3) partnership program to increase cooperation with suppliers and consumers.     Abdimas aims to increase the active involvement of participants in dealing with common problems that often occur in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on cases in the Garudayaksa Nusantara Cooperative, Jakarta. This activity carries a delivery method through lectures, questions and answers, and in-depth discussions on supply issues. Participants in this activity received direct assistance from the manager and management of Koperasi Garudayaksa Nusantara, Jakarta, who shared their experiences and insights in managing inventory. The main objective of this activity was to provide a comprehensive education on the importance of implementing a proper inventory management system in a company. Emphasis was placed on the dangers that may occur if inventory is not managed properly. Excessively large inventories can result in high storage costs and a higher risk of damaged goods. Therefore, through lectures, Q&A, and case discussions, participants were directed to understand the best practices in controlling inventory so that companies can be more efficient and effective in resource management. This activity is a concrete effort to empower MSMEs in dealing with the challenges faced in their inventory management. In addition, through direct interaction with the management of Koperasi Garudayaksa Nusantara, the participants were also able to understand real examples of best practices in managing inventory. As a result, it is expected that MSMEs will be better prepared and competent in optimising their inventory for sustainable growth
