    <p>Standard genetic distances (SGD) between populations were calculated by using generic HLA-DRB1 and -DQB1 genotyping. Data from other populations were taken from references detailed in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0136909#pone.0136909.t001" target="_blank">Table 1</a>.
