Dissecting the Contents of Law of Indonesia on Halal Product Assurance

Indonesia with its majority Moslem population and even the biggest Moslem nation in the world has obligations to its citizens to assurance the halal products (halal) for consumption and/or used as a constitutional obligation to be enforceable and applicable. The constitutional obligation is granted in the form of legal certainty covering the halalness of all products either to those useable, consumed and/or utilized by the society. Upon the legalization and enactment of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 33 year 2014 regarding Halal Product Assurance is the evidence of constitutionally protection commitment. Having this Halal Product Assurance Law, the people may consume and/or use any products safely, pleasantly, securely and healthy, in addition to the increase of added value for Business Entities to product and sell Halal Products

On The Strength of Tribo-Emission in Sliding of Diamond on Single Crystal Silicon

Triboemission is a phenomenon associated with the sliding of variety of materials. The phenomenon is thought to be related to wear of diamond tools used in precision machining of semiconductors. As such, the physics of emission has recently acquired importance. Many researchers studied emission during scratching of solid surfaces. They observed that the intensity of tribo-induced emission of the electrons, ions, and photons decrease in the order: insulator>semiconductor> conductor. Many experiments conducted to compare the emission of negatively-charged particles in case of the semiconductors Si with that from selected insulators have reported a clear decreasing trend of the tribo-emission intensity as contact progressed over the same wear track for diamond-on-Si. Despite that all of these experiments were performed in vacuum, the origin of the weak signals and the decrease of signal strength in the case of Si centred on the presence of dielectric silicon oxide films formed in air during surface preparation or because of the samples being of mono-crystalline nature. This paper offers an alternative explanation to the behaviour of tribo-emitted particles based on the pressure induced semi-conductor-to-metallic phase transformation that takes place in Si during sliding. It is shown that due to repeated sliding, the wear tracks experience a semiconductor-to- metal transformation that renders the bulk of material immediately under the diamond slider conducting

Composite is stated as constituent of two or more materials which retain their own physical and chemical property during the time of application, but produce a component which inherent the properties of its constituent materials and makes it better for the real time USAge. There are varieties of processing techniques for fabricating composite parts or structures such as: (1) Resin Transfer Moulding, (2) Pultrusion, (3) Filament Winding, (4) Autoclave Moulding. Among all these technique of exercising composite materials, the filament winding technique is the most appropriate because it avails the user with the ease of USAge, as well as gives wide range of degree of freedom for fabricating or manufacturing objects. In the paper we basically reveal the maximum approach made to study basic theory related to the filament winding technique or method, which provides initial platform for the new learner
