Tissue oxygenation through combined laser and ultrasound action
The results in vivo investigation biophotonics of laser-induced photodissociation of oxyhemoglobin in cutaneous blood vessels and its role in biomedical processes are presented. It is shown that in order to make the methods of phototherapy as well as laser therapy really efficient one has to control the oxygen concentration in tissue keeping it at the necessary level. Perspectives of combined laser-ultrasound application for improving oxygen diffusion are discussed
Opto-Acoustic Method of Tissue Oxygenation and its Biomedical Application
Novel opto-acoustic method of tissue oxygenation and restoring normal cell metabolism is proposed. The results of in vivo investigation the phenomenon of laser-induced photodissociation of blood oxyhemoglobin and its biomedical applications are presented. Photodissociation of oxyhemoglobin, the main biological function of which is oxygen transportation gives a unique possibility of additional oxygen extraction for restoring normal cell metabolism. Optical method of determination the therapeutic “dose” based on the response of changes in tissue oxygen concentration in dependence on wavelength and intensity of laser radiation has been developed. It is shown that in order to make the methods of phototherapy as well as laser therapy really efficient one has to control the oxygen concentration in tissue keeping it at the necessary level

Beyond Speculative Robot Ethics
In this article we develop a dialogue model for robot technology experts and designated users to discuss visions on the future of robotics in long-term care. Our vision assessment study aims for more distinguished and more informed visions on future robots. Surprisingly, our experiment also lead to some promising co-designed robot concepts in which jointly articulated moral guidelines are embedded. With our model we think to have designed an interesting response on a recent call for a less speculative ethics of technology by encouraging discussions about the quality of positive and negative visions on the future of robotics.
Использование цифрового двойника солнечной панели для анализа выработки электроэнергии солнечной электростанцией
A method of PV array-based calculation has been proposed, implemented and tested. The results showed the following. Array-based calculation is able to provide quite accurate results in Pmpp values for array, but defective modules with some electrical issues in particular array could be identified only with some additional modulebased analysis
Methods for exomoon characterisation: combining transit photometry and the Rossiter-McLaughlin effect
It has been suggested that moons around transiting exoplanets may cause
observable signal in transit photometry or in the Rossiter-McLaughlin (RM)
effect. In this paper a detailed analysis of parameter reconstruction from the
RM effect is presented for various planet-moon configurations, described with
20 parameters. We also demonstrate the benefits of combining photometry with
the RM effect. We simulated 2.7x10^9 configurations of a generic transiting
system to map the confidence region of the parameters of the moon, find the
correlated parameters and determine the validity of reconstructions. The main
conclusion is that the strictest constraints from the RM effect are expected
for the radius of the moon. In some cases there is also meaningful information
on its orbital period. When the transit time of the moon is exactly known, for
example, from transit photometry, the angle parameters of the moon's orbit will
also be constrained from the RM effect. From transit light curves the mass can
be determined, and combining this result with the radius from the RM effect,
the experimental determination of the density of the moon is also possible.Comment: 10 pages, 7 figures, accepted for publication in MNRA
Оптический метод и аппаратура для дезинтоксикации отравляющего действия угарного газа
Optical technology of elimination the poisoning effect of carbon monoxide (CO) is proposed. This technology is based on the phenomenon of laser-induced photodissociation of carboxyhemoglobin in the blood vessels and capillaries. By numerical modeling of laser tissue interaction the carboxyhemoglobin and oxyhemoglobin action spectra in skin blood vessels are calculated. The criteria of effective ways of elimination the toxic action of carboxyhemoglobin under direct irradiation it on pulmonary alveoli, through the skin, intravenously and extracorporeal irradiation are considered.
