Trafik kazalarından sonra kusurlu olanların kusurlarının ve zarar görenlerin zararlarının doğru tespiti adaletin tecellisi için elzemdir. Adaletin tecelli etmediği durumlar kazanın yol açtığı yaralar kadar derin hasarlar yaratır. Bu yazımızda trafik kazalarında bilirkişiliğin önemini ve sistemin daha iyileştirilmesi için önerilerimizi derledik.</p

Alkolün Sürücü Davranışı Üzerine Etkileri ve Ülkemizde İzin Verilen Yasal Limit

Trafikte yasal olarak kabul edilen alkol limitleri hem gelişmiş hem gelişmekte olan ülkelerin gündemindedir. Başta Dünya Sağlık Örgütü'nün 2015 yılında yayınladığı Küresel Yol Güvenliği Durum Raporu olmak üzere literatür gözden geçirildi. Mevcut düzenlemelerin Ülkemiz için yeterli olup olmadığı konusu derlendi. Farklı ülkelerin yasal olarak kabul edilmiş kan alkol düzeylerini düşürme eğilimi dikkat çekici bulunmuştur. Yüksek gelirli ülke stratejilerinin yakından izlenmesi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde alkolün sürüş kontrolünü zayıflatıcı etkilerini azaltmak için yol gösterici olabilir.</p

The concept of the optimum alignment of discharge pipelines due to the minimization of the wave forces

As the wave forces are the function of the wave height, period and the angle between the incoming wave direction and the axis of the discharge pipeline, the resultant wave force is directly related to the alignment of the pipeline. In this paper, a method is explained to determine an optimum pipeline route for which the resultant wave force becomes minimum and hence, the cost of the constructive measures may decrease. Also, the application of this method is submitted through a case study.
