France Country Report:Era-Learn

This is the 9th in a series of country reports developed as part of the Era-learn project to support European Research and innovation partnerships. The country reports provide an analysis of participation and try to explain the ‘performance’ of a country in public R&amp;I Partnerships within the context of their own national and regional research and innovation systems. <br/

Supporting the Preparation of Future European Partnerships

Report of a workshop on “Supporting the preparation of future European Partnerships” that was organised by ERA-LEARN in collaboration with the European Commission and took place 9-10 March 2020 in Brussels. More than 150 representatives of candidate Partnerships, national ministries, major national/regional funding agencies and Commission services involved in the preparation of the new European Partnerships were brought together in order to: ― support the preparation of future European Partnerships with Member States, ― identify critical issues and bottlenecks related to governance, commitments, coherence, synergies, development of Strategic Research and Innovation Agendas, management of data on calls, projects and other activities; and ― support the development of common approaches across partnerships, ensuring mutual learning and exchange of good practice to ensure the delivery of impacts

European Partnership Stakeholder Forum 2023 - from idea to impact

This is a short report on the European Partnership Stakeholder Forum that took part in Brussels in December 2023. The second Partnership Stakeholder Forum was organised by the European Commission and ERA-LEARN and took place in Brussels, 5-6 December 2023. The event attracted more than 250 people who took part in several parallel sessions that addressed important topics for the Partnership community: synergies between Partnerships and Missions, experiences, achievements and needs of the European Partnerships based on the HE interim evaluation, the additionality and directionality of European Partnerships as well as openness and transparency and developing a coherent Partnership portfolio. The future of European Partnerships was also discussed in detail both in terms of their selection process and their design under FP10 considering also their internationalisation and global links under the spectrum of strategic autonomy for the EU
