Diterpenes and norditerpenes from the roots of Dorystoechas hastata
Five compounds, two diterpenoids ferruginol (1), and 6,7-didehydrosempervirol (2) and two norditerpenoids 1 7-hydroxycryptotanshinone (3), przewaquinone A (4) along with a new norditerpenoid cryptotanshinone 17beta-oic acid (5) have been isolated from the roots of Dorystoechas hastata Boiss. et Heldr. ex Bentham (Lamiaceae = Labiatae) growing wild in Southwestern Turkey (Antalya)
A new prodelphinine type alkaloid from Aconitum nasutum
In a previous study we have isolated live known and a new diterpenoid alkaloids from the aerial parts of Aconitum nasutum. In the present paper the structure of a nem and rather rare diterpenoid alkaloid aconasutine was determined by using ID and 2D NMR techniques
C19 DITERPENE ALKALOIDS FROM DELPHINIUM-GUENERI
Three new lycoctonine-type diterpene alkaloids, 14-O-methylperegrine, N-deethyl-14-O-methylperegrine and guenerin were isolated from the aerial parts of Delphinium gueneri together with the known compounds, peregrine, peregrine alcohol, talatisamine and 14-acetylneoline. The structures were established by spectral data and some chemical reactions
Diterpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum orientale
Four new diterpenoid alkaloids demethyllappaconitine; 7,11,14-trihydroxy-2,13-dioxohetisane, 6,13,15-trihydroxyhetisane and N-deethyldelphatine, were isolated from Aconitum orientale, in addition to the previously known compounds, lappaconitine, lycoctonine and browniine. The structures of the new and the known alkaloids were established from spectral data
A benzoxepine derivative from Delphinium formosum
From an ethanolic extract of Delphinium formosum, in addition to a group C-19 alkaloids, a new benzoxepine derivative was isolated, whose structure was elucidated by spectral data, including 1D and 2D NMR techniques, as 1,1',7-trimethyl-2-oxo-3,8-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-benztetrahydrooxepine
DITERPENE ALKALOIDS FROM DELPHINIUM-PEREGRINUM
Three new lycoctonine-type diterpene alkaloids peregrine alcohol, pergilone and delphiperegrine were isolated from the aerial parts of Delphinium peregrinum. The structures were established by spectral and chemical data
