Комплексна терапія дітей з атопічним дерматитом з використанням ентеросорбентів

Objective: the study of clinical efficacy and safety profile of the drug Bionorm in treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD) in children.Material and methods. There were 60 children with AD aged from three to six years under observed treatment. The duration of the course of AD was from six months to three years. Children of the main group were treated the basic therapy along with Bionorm. The latter was administrated according to the regimen of one tablet three times daily between meals during 10 days. The control group consisted of 30 children who received only basic therapy of AD that included hypoallergenic diet, elimination mode, antihistamines, membranous stabilizators, local therapy.Results. The inclusion of Bionorm to the comprehensive treatment of AD stimulated the rapid clinical benefits, normalized laboratory tests and improved the quality of patients' life. The administration of this drug had not only short-term positive effect, but also the good long-term results.Conclusions. High efficacy, safety, good organoleptic properties allow to recommend Bionorm for AD treatment in children.Цель — изучение клинической эффективности и профиля безопасности препарата «Бионорм» в комплексном лечении атопического дерматита (АД) у детей.Пациенты и методы. Под наблюдением находились 60 детей с АД в возрасте от трех до шести лет. Длительность течения АД — от 6 месяцев до трех лет. Дети основной группы кроме базисной терапии получали препарат «Бионорм» по 1 таблетке 3 раза в сутки между приемами пищи в течение 10 дней. Контрольную группу составили 30 детей, получавшие только базисную терапию АД, которая включала гипоаллергенную диету, элиминационный режим, антигистаминные препараты, мембраностабилизаторы, местную терапию.Результаты. Включение в состав комплексной терапии АД препарата «Бионорм» способствовало более быстрому улучшению клинической картины, нормализации лабораторных показателей и повышению качества жизни больных. Применение препарата имело не только кратковременный положительный эффект, но и хорошие долгосрочные результаты.Выводы. Высокая эффективность, безопасность, хорошие органолептические свойства позволяют рекомендовать «Бионорм» для применения в комплексной терапии АД у детей.Мета — вивчення клінічної ефективності і профілю безпеки препарату «Біонорм» у комплексному лікуванні атопічного дерматиту (АД) у дітей.Пацієнти і методи. Під спостереженням знаходилося 60 дітей з АД віком від трьох до шести років. Тривалість перебігу АД — від 6 місяців до трьох років. Діти основної групи крім базисної терапії одержували препарат «Біонорм» по 1 таблетці 3 рази на добу між їжею протягом 10 днів. Контрольну групу склали 30 дітей, що отримували тільки базисну терапію АД, яка включала гіпоалергенну дієту, елімінаційний режим, антигістамінні препарати, мембраностабілізатори, місцеву терапію.Результати. Включення до складу комплексної терапії АД препарату «Біонорм» сприяло швидшому покращанню клінічної картини, нормалізації лабораторних показників та підвищенню якості життя хворих. Застосування препарату мало не лише короткочасний позитивний ефект, але й добрі довгострокові результати.Висновки. Висока ефективність, безпечність, добрі органолептичні властивості дозволяють рекомендувати «Біонорм» для застосування у комплексній терапії АД у дітей

The article deals with the problems of increasing the incidence and prevalence of childhood diseases during 1994–2016 against the background of a global reduction in the staffing of children’s specialists by 1.7 times, with an extremely inadequate supply of the regions of the South-East, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. All of this has a negative impact on the proper medical care of the child population, including the detection of childhood diseases. The authors substantiate the need to restore the personnel and material-technical potential of the pediatric service, the development of modern diagnostic and treatment technologies, the preservation of immunization and the prevention of disability of common childhood diseases that is an important component of the national health care and safety system of the country as a whole

Status of child population health — the future of the country (part 1)

The article of the team of scientists of pediatricians and organizers of pediatric health care of Ukraine is devoted to the study of the main trends in the health status of children over last 22 years. The results of the analysis of the incidence and prevalence of diseases among Ukrainian child population, infant mortality rates over the past two decades demonstrates that they remain significantly higher than the average European indicators against the background of a progressive decrease in the number of child population at 3,16 million people. The prevalence of childhood diseases in Ukraine over past 22 years has grown by 41 %, the incidence of childhood diseases arose by 36 %.
