The article deals with the problem of negative influence of pneumoperitoneum upon the central and organ hemodynamics. Efficiency of karoflavin use in hepatoses of broilers
Relevance: In recent years, the negative role of some pharmaceuticals effect on the liver of an agricultural bird which hepatotoxicity sharply increases in theprocess of biotransformation in the connection with the formation of active metabolites was revealed. Poisoning with xenobiotics and hormone and protein metabolites accumulating in an organism causes intoxication and promotes increase in intensity of peroxide lipid oxidation. Therefore, biooxidantsuse which include fat- and water-soluble vitamins is necessary. Considering this, together with the staff of CJSC Petrokhim we developed a new complex drug which contained carotene, bioflavonoid complex of a larch, and fat-soluble vitamins. The drug was called Karoflavin.The purpose of the work was to study the possible use of karoflavin inbroilers with hepatosis.Results of the study: The obtained resultsshowed highgrowth stimulating activity and biological availability of karoflavin, and its hepatoprotective properties. After karoflavin use bird average daily body-weight increased by 9.5 and 10.3%, while forage use decreased by 1.1 and 1.6%, calcium serum blood level increased by 35.0 and 35.9%, vitamin A increased by 20.3 and 25.6%, aspartateaminotransferase activity decreased by 20.3 and 21ю1%, alanineaminotransferases - by 20.3 and 22.9%, glucose level decreased by 26.1 and 25.6%.Conclusions: Karoflavin is proposed to enter into diets of broilers for the prevention of hepatoses at the rate of 1.0 g/kg of body weight during the whole period of broiler growing.Keywords: Karoflavin, carotene, vitamins, bioflavonoidny complex of a larch, broilers, diets, hepatose
Geographical and temporal distribution of SARS-CoV-2 clades in the WHO European Region, January to June 2020
We show the distribution of SARS-CoV-2 genetic clades over time and between countries and outline potential genomic surveillance objectives. We applied three available genomic nomenclature systems for SARS-CoV-2 to all sequence data from the WHO European Region available during the COVID-19 pandemic until 10 July 2020. We highlight the importance of real-time sequencing and data dissemination in a pandemic situation. We provide a comparison of the nomenclatures and lay a foundation for future European genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2.Peer reviewe

условие равновесного положения самоустанавливающейся оправки в очаге деформации. Оригинальность данного исследования обусловлена использованием математической модели,
учитывающей реальный характер упрочнения металла и различие граничных условий на контактной поверхности трубы с волокой и оправкой. Анализ полученных результатов показал,
что диапазон допускаемого изменения граничных условий на контактной поверхности может
быть существенно увеличен по сравнению с принимаемым в настоящее время. С целью оценки применимости на практике полученной информации приведены результаты исследования
скоростной зависимости изменения коэффициента трения для различных смазочных материалов, используемых при оправочном волочении труб. Подтверждена возможность обеспечения
установленных при моделировании граничных условий на контактной поверхности с волокой
и оправкой. Приведены рекомендации по применению рассмотренных смазочных материалов
в зависимости от скоростного режима волочения труб. The article presents results of a numerical study of the stress state in the drawing of tubes on free
floating-plug. In particular, the condition of the balance position of free floating-plug in the deformation
zone is analyzed. For this study, used a mathematical model that takes into account the real
nature of the hardening of metal and the distinction in boundary conditions on the contact surface of
the pipe with a die and a plug. An analysis of the results obtained showed that the range of boundary
conditions on the contact surface can be significantly expanded in comparison with what is currently
being accepted. The estimation of applicability in practice of the received information is given. For
this purpose, the dependence of the change in friction coefficient on the drawing speed for various
lubricants has been studied. The results confirmed the possibility of implementation the boundary
conditions established at modeling. Recommendations are given on the use of the lubricants considered,
