(2017) 'Development and Analysis of the Numerical Criterion for the Degree of Observability of State Variables in Nonlinear Systems'. In: Proc. 7th IEEE Int. Conference on Internet Technologies and Applications ITA-17, Wrexham, UK, 12-15 September 2017, pp. 150-154. doi: 10.1109/ITECHA.2017.8101927.
This paper is concerned with the problem of development and analysis of numerical criteria for the degree of observability in nonlinear systems. The disadvantages of existing criteria of observability and controllability were introduced. A numerical criterion for the degree of observability of each state variable was developed in nonlinear systems by utilizing the representation of nonlinear models in the State Dependent Coefficient form. The application of the novel criterion was demonstrated for the analysis of the degree of observability of inertial navigation system errors by the simulation with experimental data

Aim: a) to develop the method for surface modification of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) by applying a nanostructured metallic or ceramic coating, b) to study the possibility of using this obtained structures with different coatings as an experimental model for analysis of the fine interactions in the contact implant-tissue zone. The study demonstrates that the surface modification of PTFE by magnetron sputtering of nano-Ti and Ti-Ca-P-C-O-N leads to increased integration potential of materials. Data obtained indicate that the designed constructions can be successfully used as an experimental model for studying the interactions of implant - tissue interface elements of periimplant area.Π Π·Π°Π΄Π°ΡΠΈ ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΡ Π²Ρ

Parameters of the temperature optimum for cyanobacteria in the Kuibyshev reservoir
Based on the results of hydrometeorological observations in the period 2016-2021, the parameters of the optimum temperature zone (TTO) for the process of mass development of cyanobacteria in the Kuibyshev reservoir were determined. Such parameters of the optimum zone as duration, intensity, upper and lower boundaries depend on the hydrometeorological conditions of a particular year. For the period 2016-2021, the average duration of the OST was 44 days, the longest - 72 days and was observed in 2021, and the shortest - 11 days and was observed in 2019. The highest intensity of OST was observed in 2021, when 10 days were characterized by low intensity, 15 days by moderate intensity, 23 days by strong intensity, 24 days by very strong intensity and 7 days by extreme intensity. The lowest intensity was observed in 2019, when 10 days were characterized by low intensity and 1 day by high intensity. The upper border of the WTO in 2021 was observed on June 21, and the lower border on September 1. In 2019, the upper limit was observed on June 23, and the lower limit on July 26. For the process of mass development of cyanobacteria, the most favorable year is 2021, and the unfavorable year is 2019. It was found that with the increase in air and water temperature, the duration and degree of intensity of the temperature optimum zone increased. Consequently, with a further increase in air temperature due to global warming, the duration and intensity of the optimum temperature zone will only increase, which will activate the process of mass development of cyanobacteria, which will negatively affect the ecological state and water quality of the Kuibyshev reservoir
Peripheral Neuropathy in Chlamydia Reactive Arthritis
Relevance. Peripheral neuropathy (PNP) in urogenital chlamydia reactive arthritis (CRA) is described as single observations, and many clinical and pathogenetic aspects of this lesion of the nervous system remain unclear. Objective of the study: to evaluate the incidence and nature of the clinical course of PNP in CRA, the connection of the nerve and joint injuries, to explore the questions of pathogenetic constructions of this neuropathy, to identify risk factors. Material and methods. We observed 101 patients with CRA, mean age of them was 32 years, disease durationΒ βΒ 4 years, and the male to female ratioΒ βΒ 1Β :Β 1. In 90Β % of CRA cases, Chlamydia trochamatis was found in prostatic secretions, in scraps from the urethra, the cervix, the vaginal wall, in 83Β %Β βΒ positive serologic tests for chlamydia infection. Results. Signs of PNP in CRA were in 19Β % of patients in the ratio of mononeuropathy to polyneuropathy as 1Β :Β 1, with motor, sensory and mixed disorders in a ratio of 1Β :Β 3Β : 6, the presence of autonomic changes in every second patient and more frequent distal localization of the process in the hands, which is influenced by the severity of the articular syndrome, high levels of antichlamydia antibodies in the blood, and the axonal and demyelinating indicators of electroneuromyographyΒ βΒ by the severity of urogenital lesions and the presence of Guillain-Barre syndrome. A high rate of arthritis progression is a prognosis-negative sign of PNP course in patients with CRA. The pathogenic constructions of PNP involve the inflammatory immune proteins, disturbances of vascular endothelial function and physicochemical surface rheological proΒperties of the serum. Conclusion. PNP takes place in every fifth patient with CRA, correlates with clinical and laboratory signs of joint disease, and in the future will be useful to identify actively this pathology of the nervous system for the subsequent timely rehabilitation, and CRA seropositivity for cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies is a risk factor for such PNP

Datasets for next-generation sequencing of DNA and RNA from urine and plasma of patients with prostate cancer
Current prostate cancer (PCa) diagnostic tests suffer from insufficient sensitivity and specificity. Novel biomarkers that can be detected by minimally invasive methods are of a particular value. Here we provide two datasets. The first one is on the whole transcriptome profiling by RNA-seq of urine and plasma obtained from patients with PCa and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The second one represents targeted sequencing of DNA from urine and plasma of patients with PCa and BPH. Both datasets are available at NCBI Sequence Read Archive under Accession No. SRP093707 and No. SRP093842 respectively
Combined vaccines in the national prevention immunization schedules for the children in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine
Πhe announcement of the east European expert group for vaccine prevention presents position of the leading specialists of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan on key issues of the national pre vention immunization schedule. the authors examine in detail the aspects of vaccination against hepatitis type b, including optimal term of injection of the first vaccine dose, vaccination tactics for the premature and low weight newborns, safety of recombinant vaccines against hepatitis type Π². based on the analysis of the morbidity of h. influenzae type b invasive forms along with the methods recommended by who (HIB RAT), experts recommend introduction of the vaccine against this infection into the prevention immunization schedule. The experts believe the basis for the combined vaccines in pediatrics to be the vaccines with cellfree pertussis component. This class of vaccines allows introducing the additional booster dose of pertussis vaccines for immunization of the preschool children into the immunization schedule, which is dictated by the present epidemic situation with due account for this infection. The experts note the importance of application of the combined vaccines in pediatrics, whose wide implementation into healthcare system practices is in the interests of the parents, medical officers and society.Key words: hepatitis type Π², h. influenzae type b, HIB RAT, pertussis, diphteria and tetanus toxoids and pertussis vaccine, poliovaccines, combined vaccines, prevention immunization schedule, children
