The experiment of Developing a System of Vocational Training on the Educational Activity of Future Teacher

    No full text
In the modern education system, high requirements are imposed on the organization of educational activities by the teacher, taking into account the socio-cultural conditions of the development of society. In this regard, it is required to revise the models of training a future teacher to solve the problems of professional activity, to substantiate effective methods for the development of the corresponding components of students’ competencies, which determine their motivational and technological readiness for the effective organization of educational work with students. The authors of the article considered theoretical approaches related to the implementation of the ideas of personality-oriented training of future teachers for the organization of educational activities in the education system, identified promising methods for solving the problem in psychological and pedagogical research. The article identifies the problematic field of organizing the vocational education system, highlights the methodological aspects of designing a system for developing the readiness of future teachers to effectively solve the problems of educational activities with students. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate the experience of developing the integral content of the professional educational program of the university and show the results of its practical implementation in the aspect of developing the readiness of future teachers to organize educational activities in education

Reservoir characterization in coastal-continental environment of the Jurassic complex based on seismic data inversion

    No full text
A modern seismic interpretation of coastal-continental deposits in the Jurassic complex of one of the fields in the north of the West Siberian Oil and Gas Province, including simultaneous stochastic inversion of seismic data was performed. The main object of the study was the interval of the group of J2 reservoirs. Petro-elastic modeling was carried out on the project. Modelling includes six wells with geophysical well logs. Feasibility study shows possibility of predicting lithology by stochastic inversion. In addition, optimal parametrization of elastic properties was determined to separate water-saturated and gas-saturated reservoirs from clay deposits. Interpretation of well and seismic data, as well as the results of stochastic inversion, made it possible to identify play zones in target interval. Probability cubes of gas-saturated reservoirs, made it possible to map the lenticular structure of the reservoirs and substantiate hydrodynamic barriers between individual gas plays

Levocarnitine for the Treatment of Polymorbid Patients

Effective and safe treatment of patients with polymorbidity is an urgent task of modern healthcare. Of particular difficulty is the treatment of patients with cardiovascular comorbidity, which requires an integrated approach to the treatment and development of a special, so-called patient-oriented approach. Modern scientific evidence proposes the use of levocarnitine, as part of complex therapy to increase its effectiveness. So, it was shown that levocarnitine can have a beneficial effect on blood pressure in patients with hypertension, especially those who are overweight and obese. Levocarnitine is also effective in the treatment of heart failure, which has been studied in several clinical studies, which demonstrated its ability to increase the ejection fraction of the left ventricle, stroke volume of blood and other indicators. Optimization of the bioavailability of nitrogen oxide (NO) and a decrease in systemic oxidative stress while taking levocarnitine plays an important positive role in complex therapy in patients with coronary artery disease: exertional angina and post-infarction cardiosclerosis, reducing the number of anginal attacks. Since levocarnitine has powerful antioxidant effects, it also has the neuroprotective effect found in in vitro studies in animal experiments. In case of impaired renal function, due to accelerated elimination and impaired reabsorption, a deficiency of levocarnitine in the body tissues develops, and therefore the US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) decided on the possibility of using levocarnitine in patients on hemodialysis. Thus, taking into account the positive effects of levocarnitine in a number of frequently combined diseases, it can be considered as the drug of choice in the treatment of patients with polymorbidity

The differences in the estimation of depression severity by psychiatrists and patients during the combined treatment with agomelatine (A multicenter study “EMOTSIA”)

    No full text
Objective: To compare the prognosis of depression severity estimated by the physician and by the patient based on the treatment outcome. Material and methods: One hundred and seven patients with depression were examined. Mental status was assessed with HАМ-D, SHAPS, CGI-S, CGI-I, PGI-S, PGI-I and VAS. A data analysis was performed. Results: There were differences in the estimation of depression severity by psychiatrists and patients. Moreover, the scores on HАМ-D and CGI-S were not consistent when assessed by psychiatrists. As the severity of depression decreased and patient’s state improved during the treatment with agomelatine (valdoxan), the assessments of the changes by the psychiatrist and the patient became similar. Conclusion: Agomelatine (valdoxan) is effective and tolerable in the treatment of depression of any severity. The differences between the psychiatrist’s and patient’s estimation of the depression severity at baseline using different psychometric scales can level the prognostic value of treatment outcome. © 2016, Media Sphera. Differences in Assessment of the Severity of Depression by Doctors and Patients during Combined Therapy with Agomelatine (the EMOTION multicenter trial)

Objectives. To compare the prognostic value of doctors’ and patients’ assessments of the severity of depression with consideration of treatment outcomes. Materials and methods. The study was organized as a muticenter investigation of 107 patients with depression. Assessments of mental status were preformed using the HAM-D, SHAPS, CGI-S, CGI-I, PGI-S, PGI-I, and VAS. Results. Differences were found between psychiatrists and patients in their assessments of the severity of depression. In addition, doctors’ assessments showed contradictions between the results on the HAM-D and CGI-S scales. Assessments of changes by patients and doctors became more similar as the severity of depression decreased and patients’ wellbeing improved on the background of treatment with agomelatine (Valdoxan). Conclusions. Agomelatine (Valdoxan) was effective and well tolerated in the treatment of depression of any degree of severity. The contradictions in assessment of the initial severity of depression by doctors and patients using different psychometric scales may eliminate the prognostic value of these assessments in relation to treatment outcomes. © 2018, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature
