The article considers the experience of using machine learning tools and the application of immersive technologies in management: the development areas have been identiļ¬ed, the dynamics of the technologies and application practices implementation has been studied, the risks of their application have been analysed. The study uses general scientiļ¬c and special methods, comparative analysis and systematisation method. An analysis of the domestic and foreign experience in the application of these technologies in the ļ¬eld of management has been carried out. As a result of the study, the main directions have been identiļ¬ed, within the framework of which, the application of these tools is developed, threats and disadvantages of the application practice of these instruments and technologies have been formulated. It has been concluded that most of the technologies described in the study are able to signiļ¬cantly improve the organisationā€™s eļ¬ƒciency, identify hidden relationships, more productively manage employees in the ļ¬eld of hiring, selection, personnel training, motivation and development of talents, improving corporate culture, to ensure the organisationā€™s security, etc. It has been also noted that the application of individual technologies can be used for pressure on employees, invasion of privacy, administrative pressure due to a political position, personal medical information, etc. and requires a balanced policy with the involvement of all interested parties

Categorical Milnor squares and K-theory of algebraic stacks

We introduce a notion of Milnor square of stable āˆž\infty-categories and prove a criterion under which algebraic K-theory sends such a square to a cartesian square of spectra. We apply this to prove Milnor excision and proper excision theorems in the K-theory of algebraic stacks with affine diagonal and nice stabilizers. This yields a generalization of Weibel's conjecture on the vanishing of negative K-groups for this class of stacks

The potential of some technological innovations for a long period of time remains either not fully explored or underestimated. The article gives a brief description of the AR and VR technologies, shows the possibilities of their use in various sectors and industries of the modern world economy. The paper provides an overview of the positive aspects and competitive advantages that AR and VR technologies can bring to companies engaged in the development and production of devices and instruments that allow using these technologies. This is a growth in sales of products and services, a reduction in operating costs, an increase in customer satisfaction, an improvement in the quality of product, services and service. The study also considers the limitations of using AR and VR technologies in educational environments. According to the authors, there are more industries and areas where AR and VR technologies can be applied. The paper analyses the volume of investments in the field of VR / AR, gives the forecasts of possible improvements of VR and AR devices, leading to creating of wider opportunities for their utilization in industrial, financial and educational spheres. The article presents the most successful examples of the implementation of AR and VR technologies in 2012-2021 in foreign and Russian companies. For statistical confirmation of the obtained results the authors performed a correlation analysis of the forecast estimates of the development of AR and VR technologies in 2021ā€“2023. The paper makes the forecast of sales of technologies and devices in some sectors of the economy by 2024. Based on the analysis, the study concludes that there is a significant relationship between the electronics market as a whole and the VR/AR market
