Formation of the structure and properties of multi-element ion-plasma coatings

    Get PDF
The article presents the results of the studies related to the development of hardening, antifriction, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant coatings. There have been considered the models of concentration supercooling associated with the presence of a radial concentration gradient of metal nitride impurity; Benard cells, the occurrence of which is caused by the presence of a vertical temperature gradient; a cellular dislocation structure associated with the presence of plastic deformations in the coating; the emergence of auto-waves in the most diverse environments, including living beings. From the studies presented in the work, it follows that self-organization of forming coatings can occur only under conditions of a large value of the surface energy

INCREASE OF FOOD AND BIOLOGICAL VALUABILITY OF MEAT SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

This article presents meat semi-finished products - cutlets, with increased biological value, with the addition of buckwheat groats instead of wheat bread. Buckwheat is very rich in vitamins and minerals, it has numerous healing properties. The results of the study of the obtained cutlets showed that the content of vitamin B1 was increased in cutlets β„– 1 by 93%, in cutlets β„– 2 by 87%, and the content of macroelement K, respectively, were increased by 54% and 7%

Multiphase composite coatings: structure and properties

    Get PDF
The paper discusses the results of the research into the formation of ion-plasma multiphase coatings. The types of the formed structures are found to be not so diverse, as those formed, for example, in alloy crystallization. The structures observed are basically of globular type and, more rarely, of unclosed dissipative and cellular structures. It is shown that the properties of the coating formed in deposition are largely determined by its surface energy or surface tension. Since the magnitude of the surface tension (surface energy) in most cases is an additive quantity, each of the elements of the coating composition contributes to the total surface energy. In case of simultaneous sputtering of multiphase cathodes, high entropy coatings with an ordered cellular structure and improved mechanical properties are formed

Effect of ion irradiation on the properties multi-element plasma coatings

    Get PDF
The paper presents the results of the study of ion irradiation on the properties of multi-element plasma coatings. The coatings were bombarded by argon ions using heavy current ion source with a hollow cathode. After ion irradiation, the structure and physical properties of the coatings change, however, the nature of the changes is different for different coatings. To predict the behavior of the coating exposed to irradiation is virtually impossible. Therefore, structural studies and investigation of physical properties of the coatings to determine their functional characteristics are to be conducted

On the boundedness of the partial sums operator for the Fourier series in the function classes families associated with harmonic intervals

    Get PDF
The article is devoted to the study of some data from the theory of functions approximation by trigonometric polynomials with a spectrum from special sets called harmonic intervals. Due to the limited perception range of devices, the perception range of the senses of the person himself, when studying a mathematical model it is often enough to find an approximation of the object so that the error (noise, interference, distortion) is outside the interval of perception. Harmonic intervals model problems of this kind to some extent. In the article the main components of the approximation theory of functions by trigonometric polynomials with a spectrum from harmonic intervals are presented, the theorem on estimating the best approximation of a function by trigonometric polynomials through the best approximations of a function by trigonometric polynomials with a spectrum from harmonic intervals is proved. Theorems on the boundedness of the partial sums operator for the Fourier series in the function classes families associated with harmonic intervals are considered; such a theorem for the Lorentz space is generalized and proved. The article is mainly aimed at scientific researchers dealing with practical applications of the approximation theory of functions by trigonometric polynomials with a spectrum from special sets

RESEARCH OF SAFE METHODS OF PRODUCTION OF CANNED VEGETABLES USING GRAIN CROPS

    Get PDF
This article presents microbiological study of canned vegetable snacks replaced with various cereals.Currently both abroad and in our country, regulatory documents and recommendations on ensuring quality and safety of foodsare actively developed. The quality reduction and food spoilage may be related to biochemical (fermentative) processes inherent to products themselves. As another important factor, influencing on this can be microbiological contaminants.Miroorganisms constantly contaminates on surface of technological equipments, vegetables raw material and as a result they end up in canned food. Canned vegetable snacks are ready meals, made from vegetables processedin various ways, that can be usedcold and heated. The main purpose is studying microbiological indicators of canned vegetable snacks. According to the results of the study, some types of microorganisms were found in the samples

Effect of ion irradiation on tribological properties of composite coatings

    Get PDF
The paper discusses the results of the research in the effect of ion irradiation on tribological properties of multiphase ion-plasma coatings. It is shown that all the investigated coatings behave differently under ion irradiation: the Zn-Al, Fe-Al, Zn-Cu-Al coating is radiation-resistant and the friction coefficient does not virtually change; the Cr-Mn-Si-Cu-Fe- Al coating exhibits twofold increase in the friction coefficient, and that for Mn-Fe-Cu-Al coating decreases threefold. These changes are related to changes which occur in the coating surface under ion bombardment
