State feedback filters
This paper introduces the development of a new active analog filter realization, namely the state feedback filter, and presents an implementation and design procedure utilizing the idea of the state feedback technique. The effects of gain bandwidth on the performance of the state feedback realizations with respect to properties, such as, magnitude and phase characteristics are investigated and discussed
Stability of varactor circuits
Chaotic instability of a varactor circuit with a quasiperiodic excitation is studied. It is shown that, compared to single frequency forcing, a quasiperiodic input, such as an amplitude modulated signal, causes a considerable drop in the threshold for chaotic onset. Analytical conditions for chaos to arise are also obtained. © 1994, IEE. All rights reserved
INTERACTION OF LOW-FREQUENCY AND HIGH-FREQUENCY OSCILLATIONS IN A NONLINEAR RLC CIRCUIT
WOS: A1994PQ60700007The interaction of low- and high-frequency oscillations in an RLC circuit with a nonlinear capacitance is studied from the point of the modern theory of dynamical systems. It is found that for a certain range of parameters such an interaction may cause chaotic instability, even under the weakly nonlinear excitation conditions. The scenarios and conditions that give rise to chaotic oscillations are investigated both numerically and analytically
Interaction of Capacitive and Resistive Nonlinearities in Chua's Circuit
The interaction of capacitive and resistive nonlinearities in the Chua's circuit is studied. The original Chua's circuit is modified by replacing one of the linear capacitors with a nonlinear one to investigate the effects of such an interaction on the chaotic behavior of the circuit. It is found that such an interaction can be effective in limiting and controlling chaos. The Pspice simulation results are also given and compared with our numerical solutions

Chaotic masking scheme with a linear inverse system
In this Letter, we propose a simple chaotic signal masking scheme employing Chua's circuit without the requirement of chaos synchronization. Although, in general, our procedure involves the inverse system approach, the resulting inverse system in our case is a linear one. Therefore, the difficulty of inverse realization of the transmitter's nonlinear parts also at the receiving end, which is encountered in the general scheme of the inverse system approach, is eliminated. © 1995 The American Physical Society
