Peculiarities of educational environment at mining and metallurgical schools of the Urals

The relevancy of the issue under study stems from the contradiction between the need for a modern interpretation of the activities of mining and metallurgical schools, which had played a prominent role in the institutionalization of the vocational education environment as well as from moral “obsolescence” of research work results in this field. The goal of the article is the development of environmental indices of mining and metallurgical education of the Urals. The principal concept of research of this problem is the system approach, which allows considering the main peculiarities of the educational environment at mining and metallurgical schools of the Urals comprehensively. This article includes structurally significant characteristics of the educational environment at mining and metallurgical schools of the Urals. The contents of the article may be used for the purpose of modeling, designing and construction of an educational establishment (system) meeting the demands of the new communicational reality within the system of relations between education, industry, and social environment. © 2016 Chapaev, Erofeev and Dvořáková

Study of the process e+e−→ppˉe^+e^-\to p\bar{p} in the c.m. energy range from threshold to 2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector

Using a data sample of 6.8 pb$^{-1}$ collected with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 $e^+e^-$ collider we select about 2700 events of the $e^+e^- \to p\bar{p}$ process and measure its cross section at 12 energy ponts with about 6\% systematic uncertainty. From the angular distribution of produced nucleons we obtain the ratio $|G_{E}/G_{M}| = 1.49 \pm 0.23 \pm 0.30$

Диагностические возможности различных методик оценки спектральных показателей лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии у пациентов с диабетической микроангиопатией

The article contains the results of a study of two different methods for calculating the spectral parameters of laser Doppler flowmetry in patients with diabetic microangiopathy caused by type 2 diabetes mellitus (main group) and those with excluded diabetes mellitus (control group). Spectral indices were calculated using either average or maximum amplitudes of the frequency ranges. When comparing the contribution of respiratory and pulse fluxmotions using average amplitudes, there were significant (p < 0.05) differences between the main and control groups. On the contrary, when using the maximum amplitudes, no significant differences were noted (p > 0.05). Also, significant correlations were found between the contributions of respiratory and pulse fluxmotions and the estimated glomerular filtration rate in the main group, using both calculation methods. These studies indicate the feasibility of using a technique based on the analysis of average amplitudes to increase the specificity of laser Doppler flowmetry as a method for diagnosing diabetic microangiopathy.В работе представлены результаты исследования двух различных методик расчёта спектральных показателей лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии у пациентов с диабетической микроангиопатией на фоне сахарного диабета 2 типа (основная группа) и лиц с достоверно исключённым сахарным диабетом (контрольная группа). Расчёт спектральных показателей выполнялся с использованием либо средних, либо максимальных амплитуд частотных диапазонов. При сравнении вклада дыхательных и пульсовых флаксмоций с использованием средних амплитуд были получены значимые (p < 0,05) различия между основной и контрольной группами, тогда как при использовании максимальных амплитуд значимых различий не отмечалось (p > 0,05). При проведении корреляционного анализа вклада дыхательных и пульсовых флаксмоций и расчётной скорости клубочковой фильтрации в основной группе были выявлены значимые корреляции при использовании обеих расчётных методик. Данные исследования свидетельствуют о целесообразности использования методики, основанной на анализе средних амплитуд, для повышения специфичности лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии как метода диагностики диабетической микроангиопатии

Morphofunctional reorganization of plantar aponeurosis in experimental modeling of fasciopathy by synthetic analogue of prostaglandin E1

Foundation. Chronic plantar fasciopathic pain syndrome is a pathology that significantly affects the quality of life of patients of all age categories. Insufficient knowledge of the etiological and pathogenetic factors in the development of fasciopathies explains the multiplicity, and sometimes inconsistency, of conservative and surgical treatment regimens. The choice of the optimal variant of therapeutic or surgical intervention may be associated with experimental modeling of fasciopathies and the study of the dynamics of the pathological process.The aim. To study the morphological changes in structures identical to the human plantar aponeurosis in experimental modeling of fasciopathy in animals.Research methods. The material for the study was fragments of the tendonaponeurotic complex of the foot of laboratory animals (control group: animals with the introduction of physiological sodium chloride solution (n = 12); main group: animals with the introduction of alprostadil (n = 12)). The methods of light microscopy (staining with alcian and toluidine blue, according to Van Gieson, Weigert – Van Gieson and Picro-Mallory) and morphometry were used.Results and discussion. As a result of the study, it was found that the four-fold administration of alprostadil had a significant effect on the structure of the dense fibrous connective tissue of the plantar foot of laboratory animals. The mechanisms of damage (edema, microhemorrhages, infiltration by lymphocytes, plasmocytes and leukocytes, dystrophy by the type of mucoid and fibrinoid swelling, delamination and rupture of collagen fibers), adaptation and regeneration (the appearance of a large number of activated fibrocytes, fibroblasts, microvessels, neoplasm of collagen fibers) were activated. All this together led to spatial focal histotopographic changes, consisting in an increase in the cellular composition of connective tissue structures against the background of a noticeable violation of their spatial orientation.Conclusion. Modeling of fasciopathy using alprostadil was accompanied by the appearance of mosaic reversible and irreversible heteromorphic and heterochronous changes in all connective tissue aponeurotic structures. Such histotopographic changes should be considered as one of the reasons for the clinical manifestations of plantar fasciopathies, causing functional insufficiency and explaining the clinical recurrent nature of the pathological process

Проблема выбора метода реваскуляризации при сочетанном поражении коронарных и сонных артерий. Обзор действующих рекомендаций и серии статей

This article provides data from the current Russian (National guidelines for the management of patients with diseases of the brachiocephalic arteries of 2013; Recommendations “Blockage and stenosis of the carotid artery” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, 2016) and foreign (European Society of Cardiology / European Society of Vascular Surgeons for Diagnosis and Treatment Peripheral Artery Diseases 2017; Recommendations for myocardial revascularization of the European Society of Cardiology and the European Association of Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons 2018) recommendations regarding the choice of a revascularization strategy for combined coronary and carotid artery disease. Conclusions are drawn about the unresolved issue. A literature review of the largest series of Russian articles by one institution devoted to this topic was carried out. Hospital and long-term outcomes have been demonstrated, as well as predictors of complications for various revascularization strategies. The stages of creation and the results of approbation of a new computer program for risk stratifi cation, which makes it possible to determine the mathematical probability of the development of unfavorable cardiovascular events during the implementation of various surgical tactics, taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient. A conclusion was made about the effectiveness of this development.В настоящей статье приведены данные действующих российских (Национальные рекомендации по ведению пациентов с заболеваниями брахиоцефальных артерий 2013 года; Рекомендации «Закупорка и стеноз сонной артерии» Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации, 2016 года) и зарубежных (Европейского общества кардиологов/Европейского общества сосудистых хирургов по диагностике и лечению заболеваний периферических артерий 2017 года; Рекомендации по реваскуляризации миокарда Европейского общества кардиологов и Европейской ассоциации кардиоторакальных хирургов 2018 года) рекомендаций, посвященные выбору стратегии реваскуляризации при сочетанном поражении коронарных и каротидных артерий. Сделаны выводы о нерешенности данного вопроса. Выполнен обзор литературы самой большой серии российских статей одного учреждения, посвященных этой теме. Продемонстрированы госпитальные и отдаленные результаты, а также предикторы развития осложнений различных стратегий реваскуляризации. Представлены этапы создания и результаты апробации новой компьютерной программы стратификации риска, позволяющей определить математическую вероятность развития неблагоприятных кардиоваскулярных событий при реализации разных хирургических тактик с учетом индивидуальных особенностей пациента. Сделано заключение об эффективности этой разработки

Influence of a high-frequency pulsed nanosecond diffusion discharge in the nitrogen atmosphere on the electrical characteristics of a CdHgTe epitaxial films

The effect of a high-frequency nanosecond volume discharge forming in an inhomogeneous electrical field at atmospheric pressure on the CdHgTe (CMT) epitaxial films is studied. The measurement of the electrophysical parameters of the CMT specimens upon irradiation shows that that the action of pulses of nanosecond volume discharge leads to changes in the electrophysical properties of CMT epitaxial films due to formation of a near-surface high-conductivity layer of the n-type conduction. The preliminary results show that it is possible to use such actions in the development of technologies for the controlled change of the properties of CMT narrow-band solid solutions and production of structures heterogeneous with respect to conduction

Prognosis model and rationalization of infusing-transfusing therapy of massive obstetric bleeding in the perinatal center

Aim: to perform multifactor retrospective analysis of the reasons of maternal mortality because of massive bleedings in obstetrics in order to work out the rules of prognosis and definition of the quality and quantity of infusing-transfusing therapy in the perinatal center. This research is based on the data of obstetrical institutions of Sverdlovsk region. Material and methods: using total choice method in the period 2002- 2006yy the retrospective analysis of 88 cases of labor has been performed. All patients were divided on two main and one control groups. The main groups consisted of the patients with massive bleeding in labor: the first group (21 women — groupA) with lethal outcome and the second group with beneficial outcome (37women — group B). 40 patients with physiological blood loss were included into the control group (group C). Results: The blood loss in the group A was reliably higher (3580+1097 ml) in comparison with group В (2123+808) due to late surgical hemostasis. Infusing-transfusing therapy was different in groups A and B: volume of blood transfusion was lower in group A and quantity of colloids was higher. Informative parameters were revealed as the result of the research and they were the basis for the model of prognosis of massive obstetric bleedings.Цель: провести многофакторный ретроспективный анализ причин материнской смертности от массивных кровотечений в акушерстве для разработки правил прогноза и определения качества и количества инфузионно-трансфузионной терапии в перинатальном центре. Настоящая работа основана на материалах родовспомогательных учреждений Свердловской области Материал и методы: методом сплошной выборки за период с 2002 по 2006 года проведен ретроспективный анализ 88 случаев родоразрешения беременных женщин. Все пациентки были разделены на две основные и одну контрольную группу. Основные группы состоят из пациенток, у которых роды осложнились массивным кровотечением с разными исходами: первую основную группу (21 человек — группа А) составили пациентки с летальным исходом, вторую основную группу составили пациентки с благоприятным исходом (37 человек — группа В). В контрольную группу были включены 40 пациенток с физиологической кровопотерей (группа С). Результаты: в группе (А) достоверно больше кровопотеря 3580±1097 мл, против 2123±808 в группе (В) запоздалый хирургический гемостаз. Различна ИТТ в группе (А) и (В): в меньшем объеме восполнена кровопотеря в группе (А), был выше состав коллоидов. В результате исследования были выявлены информативные показатели, на основе которых разработаны модели прогнозирования массивных акушерских кровотечений

Non-Newtonian Couette-Poiseuille flow of a dilute gas

The steady state of a dilute gas enclosed between two infinite parallel plates in relative motion and under the action of a uniform body force parallel to the plates is considered. The Bhatnagar-Gross-Krook model kinetic equation is analytically solved for this Couette-Poiseuille flow to first order in the force and for arbitrary values of the Knudsen number associated with the shear rate. This allows us to investigate the influence of the external force on the non-Newtonian properties of the Couette flow. Moreover, the Couette-Poiseuille flow is analyzed when the shear-rate Knudsen number and the scaled force are of the same order and terms up to second order are retained. In this way, the transition from the bimodal temperature profile characteristic of the pure force-driven Poiseuille flow to the parabolic profile characteristic of the pure Couette flow through several intermediate stages in the Couette-Poiseuille flow are described.
