Estimate of micromosaics of large copper single crystal plates

A short review of the present knowledge on the micromosaic structure of copper single crystals is given. Neutron rocking curves in reflexion have been measured for several copper single crystal plates cut from cylinders and as-grown plates. A characteristic feature at as-grown plates is a decrease in peak intensity measured for succeding parts of the plate in the direction of crystal growth. This observation indicates the presence of the mosaic structure of as-grown copper plates.The mosaic structure is a characteristic property of metallic single crystals. Most of the present knowledge on the mosaic structure is gained from X-ray, y-ray and neutron diffraction works

General description of conditions and land development in the area of Gubin brown coal deposit

Opisane dane stanowią uwarunkowania określające możliwości ewentualnego podjęcia eksploatacji węgla brunatnego w rejonie Gubina.Description of land development in the area of Gubin brown coal deposit has been presented in the paper. Characterization includes methods of land use, technical infrastructure on the surface and underground, as well as existing and proposed protected areas because of environmental values. Described data define possibilities of potential exploitation of brown coal in the Gubin area

Generally, it is a part of his ethical and moral consideration, becoming important element of his political philosophy and theology. Personalistic hermeneutics is a key for understanding his sustainable development conception. It sees a fundamental criterion of ethical and moral evaluation of diverse forms of activity in human being. Firstly, pro-ecological activity means directing human being towards good. Pope John Paul II noticed many dangers for man and environment. Forest policy of Prussian state in the contemporary Polish lands in years 1772-1914

Article describes Prussian forest policy according to three kinds of property: state, private and other, i.e. Catholic Church and local communities. In period 1772−1914, in the contemporary western and northern Poland, the Prussian government realized the forest policy that was a response to industrial challenges. It established a stable infrastructure, which lasts until now. However, the consequences of this policy are not unequivocal. Citizens who belonged to the Polish national community very often lost their forest property. Prussian state became the main owner and manager as well as administrator of forests
