    In this paper we study the accuracy of a single-rotor robotic small-scale helicopter flight along a complex path. The control algorithms for the autopilot are synthesized using the position-trajectory control approach. We use hardware-software complex to test the helicopter autopilot. The simulation in hardware-software complex is used to debug the autopilot software and complex study of autopilot control algorithms in early development stages without full-scale experiments.     ПОЛУЧЕНИЕ РАЗНОЦВЕТНЫХ ИНКАПСУЛИРОВАННЫХ ФОРМ АНТОЦИАНОВ КРАСНОКОЧАННОЙ КАПУСТЫ МЕТОДОМ ЛИОФИЛЬНОЙ СУШКИ

    The method of reversed-phase HPLC with diode-array and mass-spectrometric detection was explored to determine the qualitative composition of red cabbage anthocyanins. Mono- and diacylated derivatives of cyanidin-3,5-diglycosides with a complex structure of the substituent in position were found, as well as non-esterified compounds. The acylation acids were paracoumaric, ferulic and sinapic. Quantitative analysis was performed according to a simplified spectrophotometric method: absorbance measurement at pH 4.5 was excluded. The measurement showed that the level of anthocyanins accumulation is as high as 0.100 g of anthocyanins per 100 g of raw plant material (as cyanidin-3-glucoside chloride equivalent). Analysis of electronic spectra of the extract at different pH revealed the existence of some basic structures with absorbance maxima shifted bathochromically as compared to the spectrum of flavylium structure. The existence of one basic form at pH 4.5 forced us to exclude absorbance measurement at pH 4.5 during quantitative anthocyanin determination. Thus, the possibility of obtaining some differently colored encapsulated forms was proved. Because of relative instability of non-flavylium forms of anthocyanins the freeze drying technique was used to prepare six differently colored forms of 3% anthocyanins encapsulated in maltodextrin. The decrease of anthocyanins contents at drying did not exceed 30%, while no statistically proved loss of anthocyanins was found at storage in a refrigerator during more than six months.В работе методом обращенно-фазовой ВЭЖХ с диодно-матричным и масс-спектрометрическим детектированием определен качественный состав антоцианов краснокочанной капусты: он включает моно- и диацилированные производные 3,5-диглюкозидов цианидина со сложным строением заместителя в положении 3. Количественный анализ упрощенным (в работе объяснена причина отказа от дифференциального метода) спектрофотометрическим методом показал, что уровень накопления антоцианов составляет порядка 0.100 г антоцианов на 100 г растительного материала (в пересчете на цианидин-3-глюкозида хлорид). На основе анализа электронных спектров экстракта при различных рН установлено образование четырех разноокрашенных структур антоцианов. Описаны процедуры экстракции, частичной очистки и получения разноцветных окрашенных форм методом лиофильной сушки. Получены 6 образцов инкапсулированных в мальтодекстрин форм различной окраски с высокой устойчивостью при хранении в морозильной камере

    Analysis of antibiotic sensitivity of E. coli in patients with chronic calculous pyelonephritis

    There are substantial differences in the sensitivity of uropathogens to antimicrobial agents in different countries and regions of the same country. So important is a regular review of the antimicrobial activity. The purpose of the study is to improve the results of treatment of patients with complicated calculous pyelonephritis. The materials and methods. Conducted retrospective pharmaco-epidemiological analysis of medical records of 91 patients who were treated in 2015, in a hospital of Volgograd city. All patients underwent standard clinical examination, with mandatory bacteriological urine analysis, ultrasound examination of kidneys. Results. To date, 89.4% of patients with chronic calculous pyelonephritis have high sensitivity of the main causative agents of infection to cephalosporins of the third and fourth generation, 86.4% - to the protected beta-lactam penicillins (amoxicillin/clavulanate) and 97,7% - to the derived carbapenemov (p < 0.05). Conclusions. Regular monitoring of local and regional antibiotic sensitivity and resistance of uropathogens is required

    ANTIMICROBIAL THERAPY OF ACUTE UNCOMPLICATED CYSTITIS WITH NIFURATEL

    The article evaluates the effectiveness of the antimicrobial therapy of acute cystitis with nifuratel in 35 women (400 mg - 3 times a day orally). The control group of the study included 31 women who used nitrofurantoin (100 mg - 2 times a day) to treat acute uncomplicated cystitis. We examined the women on the third and seventh day of the intake. Three days after the use of nifuratel (1200 mg/day), the majority of patients (94.2%) subjectively noted the disappearance of urgency, leukocyturia disappeared in 82.8%. 22.8% of women remained uncomfortable when urinating, and we decided to extend the course of antimicrobial therapy with nifuratel up to 7 days. Three days after intake of nitrofurantoin (200 mg/day), 83.8% of women subjectively noted the disappearance of urgency, leukocyturia was stopped in 77.4%. Thus, in 12 (38.7%) cases the decision was taken to extend the course of antimicrobial therapy with nitrofurantoin up to 7 days. In the first group of patients side reactions occurred only in 3 (8.5%) cases, in the second - in 13 (41.9%). Efficiency, favorable safety profile and absence of allergic reactions make nifuratel reliable in the treatment of acute uncomplicated cystitis

    Among the main methods of examination of prostate cancer: finger rectal examination, PSA test, ultrasonography of prostate, none possesses enough specificity and sensitivity. In our research, we used special statistic and mathematic processing (multifactor analysis and binary logic regression) of main prostate cancer symptoms, which allows to suspect Prostate Cancer with 97% accuracy and also reduce the incidence of prostate biopsy.     Prediction of prostate cancer by the general discriminant analysis models

    The study presents a retrospective analysis of risk factors for prostate cancer in 122 men. First, a comparative analysis of many factors: age, weight, bad habits, levels of testosterone and of prostate-specific antigen (PSA), comorbidities, blood group, RH factor, manual rectal investigation, the results of the prostate ultrasound was conducted. Next, using general models of discriminant analysis, five of the most significant risk factors for prostate cancer were identified: inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and bladder, increased PSA blood test, blood group, overweight patient. Applied discriminant equation containing the five most informative features, allows up to 97.5% to predict the likelihood of developing prostate cancer

    Use of dynamic orchoscintigraphy in the diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic male infertility

    One of andrology's most important and exciting tasks is to disclose the workings of these mechanisms und ultimately to eliminate their cause by rational therapy idiopathic male infertility. This study shows that the use of additional diagnostic method – dynamic orhoscintigraphy – allows to identify an additional violation of the venous drainage of the scrotum in patients with idiopathic infertility. Use of pathogenetic therapy can improve the quality of semen in these patients by 25–30 %.</em

    THE PREVALENCE OF PATOSPERMIA IN MEN AFTER HERNIA REPAIR

    AIM: to assess the prevalence of patospermia in men after inguinal hernia repair METHODS. The study was retrospective. We've analyzed the medical documentations of 472 men, who went to andrologist with complaints about the absence of pregnancy of the wife. We've evaluated the presence/absence of inguinal hernia repair in history, duration and nature of infertility, the main parameters of the spermogram (according to WHO criteria, 2010) in all patients. RESULTS. After inguinal hernia repair the pathospermia in patients persists for more than 3.6+1.2 years. After inguinal hernia repair the obstructive form of male infertility prevails (56,7%). The most severe abnormalities in the semen analysis develops after bilateral hernia repair. CONCLUSIONS. Inguinal non-tension hernia repair is a risk factor for male infertility in 14.1% of men of reproductive age
