Новый способ формирования компрессионного тонкокишечного анастомоза при острой мезентериальной ишемии

In experiment on 20 mongrel dogs demonstrated the possibility of forming a comprssion enteric anastomosis in acute mesenteric ischemia using nikelid-titanium implants. In order to control vascularisation anastomosises sites it is applied transilluminations angioscopy. Determined by mechanical strength and terms of an inconsistency anastomosises, terms of tearing away of a design are defined. Carrying out possibility keeping bodies operations on a small intestine and character of healing anastomosis as a primary tension is proved.В эксперименте на 20 беспородных собаках доказана возможность формирования компрессионного тонкокишечного анастомоза в условиях острой мезентериальной ишемии с применением никелид-титановых имплантатов. С целью контроля васкуляризации анастомозируемых участков применена трансиллюминационная ангиоскопия. Определены механическая прочность и условия несостоятельности, сроки отторжения конструкции. Доказана возможность проведения орагносохраняющих операций на тонкой кишке и характер заживления анастомоза по типу первичного натяжения

Constructions for perfoming of compression anastomoses, cliping of tubular structures during laparoscopic operations and perforated ulcer plastic. Описаны конструкции для наложения компрессионных анастомозов, клипирования трубчатых структур при лапароскопических операциях и пластики перфоративных язв. Методика формирования свисающего анастомоза при операции на желудке

The original technique of distal resection of a stomach with formation of a muscular cuff and the hanging down valve from own tissues of a stomach in area of gastroduodenal anasthomosis is offered in article. This allows to avoid development of postgastroresectional complications. Materials of investigations out on 26 experimental mongrel dogs. The results of dynamic observation and instrumental methods of the studies have shown functional full value of the formed anastomosis.Предложена оригинальная методика дистальной резекции желудка с формированием мышечной манжеты и свисающего клапана из собственных тканей желудка в области гастродуоденального соустья, которая позволяет предупредить развитие постгастрорезекционных осложнений. Представлены материалы экспериментального исследования 26 беспородных собак. Результаты динамического наблюдения и инструментальные методы исследования показали функциональную полноценность сформированного анастомоза

Psychophysiological characteristics of young schoolchildren in the learning dynamics

To study psychophysiological characteristics of young schoolchildren in the learning dynamics under the conditions of healthsafe learning process, 104 children of 1st to 4th classes were investigated. It has been found that in most young schoolchildren, the moderate extraversion, medium level of emotional tolerance, moderate general anxiety, and low physiological resistance to stress prevail among psychophysiological characteristics. At the end of the school year, children are characterized by the decreased efficiency, signs of chronic overwork, decreased positive emotions, and decreased adaptability. The most pronounced negative changes are characteristic of 4th -clss children, which is likely connected with the transition to the new stage of learning
