    The use of multivariate processing of spectral information has recently been favored due to the express nature of this method, the ease of use of mathematical packages, and the lack of the need to add chemical reagents. The aim of the work is using the methods of multivariate analysis of broadband transmission spectra to calibrate the physicochemical parameters of wines and to improve the accuracy of this calibration by selecting spectral variables.Using the interval projection to latent structures of the transmission spectra in the range of 220– 2500 nm, the physicochemical characteristics of the varietal unblended Moldovan wine are calibrated. Interval methods of multivariate data analysis allow signifi reducing the root mean square calibration error in comparison with the broadband multivariate methods. Residual predictive deviations exceed the threshold value of 2.5 for K, Ca, Mg, oxalic, malic and succinic acids, 2,3-butylene glycol, ash and phenolic compounds for red wines and Mg, tartaric, citric and lactic acids, 2,3-butylene glycol, ash, phenolic compounds and soluble salts for white wines.     The simulation is carried out of physical and chemical characteristics of the unblended varietal young Moldovan wine harvested in 2014 by the projection to latent structures of the transmission spectra in the range of 220–2500 nm. The achieved accuracy of the regression determining the parameters is appropriate for practical application purposes (from 5 % for alcohol strength to 30 % for tartaric acid content in red wines).     After removal of metastatic malignant tumors of the hypopharynx and larynx, hypopharyngeal defects are formed. To restore the hypopharynx, a mucosa and a muscular component are needed.The objective of this study is to develop a hypopharyngeal reconstruction technique using prelaminated pectoralis major flap with mucosal epithelium analogue from autologous epithelial layers.Materials and methods. Nine patients underwent reconstruction of the hypopharynx using bioengineered prelaminated pectoralis major flaps. The mucosa was restored by tissue-engineered autologous epithelial cell layers that were obtained by culturing in vitro cells isolated from skin biopsies that were previously obtained from patients.Results. Oral nutrition was restored in all cases. Pharyngeal stenosis was detected in one (11%) patient. A stratified squamous epithelium on the pectoral fascia was revealed in 67% of cases at week 2 after prelamination, in 89% of cases at week 4 after reconstruction and in 100% of cases at month 3, 6, 12 and 24 after reconstruction.Conclusion.     Application of Multivariate Analysis of Broadband Transmission Spectra for Calibration of Physico-Chemical Parameters of Wines

    The use of multivariate processing of spectral information has recently been favored due to the express nature of this method, the ease of use of mathematical packages, and the lack of the need to add chemical reagents. The aim of the work is using the methods of multivariate analysis of broadband transmission spectra to calibrate the physicochemical parameters of wines and to improve the accuracy of this calibration by selecting spectral variables.Using the interval projection to latent structures of the transmission spectra in the range of 220– 2500 nm, the physicochemical characteristics of the varietal unblended Moldovan wine are calibrated. Interval methods of multivariate data analysis allow signifi reducing the root mean square calibration error in comparison with the broadband multivariate methods. Residual predictive deviations exceed the threshold value of 2.5 for K, Ca, Mg, oxalic, malic and succinic acids, 2,3-butylene glycol, ash and phenolic compounds for red wines and Mg, tartaric, citric and lactic acids, 2,3-butylene glycol, ash, phenolic compounds and soluble salts for white wines. These values demonstrate good calibration quality.The application of the proposed method for calibrating the physicochemical parameters of wines makes it possible to replace traditional methods with spectral measurements, which are available not only in laboratory but also in the fi and characterized by small values of the root mean square error of calibration

    The results of experimental and theoretical studies of the processes of heat and mass transfer occurring during drying of wood under microwave heating are presented. The times of moisture removal are set. It is established that the dynamics of dehydration depends on the type of wood. Based on the results of experimental studies, a mathematical model of the heat transfer processes taking place under conditions of intensive phase transformations (evaporation of water) is formulated together during the dehydration of the wood. A comparative analysis of the theoretical and experimental values of the drying times showed their satisfactory consistency

    The simulation is carried out of physical and chemical characteristics of the unblended varietal young Moldovan wine harvested in 2014 by the projection to latent structures of the transmission spectra in the range of 220–2500 nm. The achieved accuracy of the regression determining the parameters is appropriate for practical application purposes (from 5 % for alcohol strength to 30 % for tartaric acid content in red wines).     The paper presents the types of reconstructive plastic surgery of the external genitalia in children with proximal hypospadias. It describesΒ surgical techniques that could perform perineoscrotal plasty using autologous bioengineering designs. The techniques of one-stage surgicalΒ aid for urethral trunk plasty are unveiled. The application of autologous keratinocytes on the biodegrading matrix is the method of choiceΒ during stepwise urethroplasty in children with proximal hypospadias. When a plastic material suitable for modeling an extensive urethraΒ is hard to get, this method makes it possible to avoid hair growth in the neourethra and to create a reserve for the plastic material that is necessaryΒ for further repair, thereby reducing the number of surgical aids and complications
