Perbandingan Keberhasilan Implementasi Program Desa Dan Kelurahan Siaga Aktifdesa Nyalembeng Dan Desa Gambuhan Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun 2015

Program of active standby village and active standby urban village are development from active standby program that is launched by The Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia. The core idea of this project is empowering society so they want and be able to solving health problem. The aims of this research is to describe the difference in successful implementation of active standby village and urban village program in Nyalembeng and Gambuhan Village, Pulosari Sub-district, Pemalang Regency of the year 2015. Beside that, this research also aims to identify any factors that causing difference in successful implementation active standby village and urban village program in Nyalembeng and Gambuhan Village in 2015.The method of the research that be used is qualitative approach with collecting data technic consist of observation, interview, and documentation. Informants in this research are Head of Section of Health Promotion and Health Care Insurance of Public Health Pemalang Health Department, Head of Nyalembeng and Gambuhan Village, Midwife of Nyalembeng and Gambuhan Village, Head of FKD (Village Health Forum) Nyalembeng and Gambuhan Village, Health Cadre of Nyalembeng and Gambuhan Village, and also society of Nyalembeng and Gambuhan Village.The result of the research showed that the implementation of active standby village and urban village program in Nyalembeng Village of the year 2015 have been running optimally. The implementation that have been optimally running was supported by existing resources whom have already adequate to supporting the implementation of active standby village and urban village program in Nyalembeng Village. While, the implementation of active standby village and urban village program in Gambuhan Village have not optimally running yet caused by less adequate resources which hamper the implementation of active standby village and urban village program in Gambuhan Village

Konflik dalam Pemilihan Umum Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat Tahun 2010-2012

The election is important instrument in establishing the democracy, for general election and election in Indonesian has been executed with principle luber and jurdil. Nevertheless, the success of the would not rule out reality that they are breaking the, cheating, and conflicts that have occurred. The conflict in the election in district west kotawaringin is an example of a conflict election inIndonesian. The conflict between candidates and society. Research objectives is reconstruction conflicts that have occurred in the field into the form of scientific work with explain the dynamics of conflict and the factors that for conflict election. Methods used in research this is the method qualitative descriptive with the collection primary and secondary data. Informants selected socialite is a political role in conflict and the community of district west kotawaringin and the support by candidates.The results show that the conflict in election in district west kotawaringin prolonged. Steps precondition conflict, practices money politics, election day, a lawsuit to the constitutional court, the actors play, tensions decisions by constitutional court and burning facilities the government. Conflict caused by decision electoral commission, the award constitutional court and the inauguration in central.Recommendations that may be given constitutional court decision better do a re-election and decisions ministries in the country better involving local government and appoint regent and vice-regent in district west kotawaringin and involving local communities

Implementasi Pemberdayaan Dalam Sistem Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Hutan Bersama Masyarakat (Phbm) Perum Perhutani Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (KPH) Pati Di Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (Lmdh) Aman Sentosa Dan Wonosari Lestari

Perum Perhutani sebagai BUMN yang mengelola hutan negara memiliki tanggung jawab sosial kemasyarakatan (corporate social responsibility). Sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial, Perum Perhutani membuat Sistem Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Hutan Bersama Masyarakat (PHBM). Sistem ini merupakan upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat desa hutan sebagai mitra sehingga masyarakat dapat mandiri dan sejahtera. Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH) Aman Sentosa dan LMDH Wonosari Lestari adalah LMDH turut bekerjsama dalam PHBM dengan Perum Perhutani KPH Pati. Pada Tahun 2016, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan LMDH Aman Sentosa berada pada kategori LMDH mandiri sedangkan LMDH Wonosari Lestari berada pada kategori LMDH muda. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pemberdayaan PHBM di kedua LMDH tersebut dan mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat implementasi pemberdayaan tersebut.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan studi dokumen. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah Staff Divisi PHBM Perum Perhutani KPH Pati, Ketua LMDH Aman Sentosa, Ketua LMDH Wonosari Lestari, Sekretaris LMDH Aman Sentosa, sert Sekretaris LMDH Wonosari Lestari.Hasil peneltian menunjukan bahwa implementasi pemberdayaan yang dilakukan melalui Sistem PHBM di LMDH Aman Sentosa sudah mencakup pemberdayaan bina manusia, bina kelembagaan, bina USAha, serta bina lingkungan. Faktor yang mendorong serta menghambat implementasi pemberdayaan di LMDH Aman Sentosa dan LMDH Wonosari Lestari adalah komunikasi, sumber daya, stuktur organisasi, dan disposisi. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk Perum Perhutani meninjau kembali peraturan yang mengatur proporsi sharing tanaman kehutanan. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk Perum Perhutani Perum Perhutani KPH Pati adalah agar lebih banyak melakukan sosialisasi serta intensif menarik pihak ketiga

Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Sampah di Kabupaten Kudus

Indonesia is estimated to produce as much as 64 million tons of waste every year. This figure is very high because only 7 percent of the total destruction has been managed. Kudus Regency has a policy on waste management, but most people in Kudus Regency do not yet know the policy. This study aims to determine the implementation of waste management policies in Kudus Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, with four informants. The research instrument used an interview guide, a recording device, and a camera. The analysis method uses a thematic content analysis. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the local government has not carried out mass socialization of waste management policies to the community so that many people from various groups do not know this regulation. The implementation of waste management in the Kudus Regency is also constrained by a limited budget and waste processing equipment. In also besides, monitoring and evaluation activities are also only a formality because there is no follow-up to the monitoring and evaluation activities every year

Then, this research intends to discuss the practice of the Implementation of Mixed Marriage Agreements based on Act No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage after the decision of the Constitutional Court Number: 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the notary in the deed Mating Agreement and its implementation after the decision of the Court in question, and to know the legal implications of the couples in mixed marriages. The Application of the MFN Principle Into 'the Over Top Companies' in Investment Activities of Indonesia

The Most-Favored-Nation (MFN) principle is one of International consensuses, especially for countries registered as members of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The principle is related to investment and International trade within the framework of economic liberalization. At its core, the MFN principle ensures equitable treatment of all parties economically active within a country. Recently, in Indonesia,  the Over Top company conducted business activities without paying taxes to the government. The case of the Over Top company highlights an unfair business situation in Indonesia, enabled by the Indonesian government through a poorly established monitoring system and codification of laws. This study argues that the absence of taxation, regulation, and fraud laws for the Over Top Companies in Indonesia, and the Indonesian government is responsible for the enforcement and maintenance of tax laws and the MFN principle for all entities conducting business in the state.
