    Evaluation of Network Security on basis of Virtualization Techniques in Kali Linux Environment

    : In today’s cyber security space network security has a top priority specially system based on Open Source platform. Kali Linux is the new door for white hat security specialist for hardening security for firm and organization. Kali is secure based distribution from linux family having Debian platform. As it includes over 600 + preinstall security application, so it is needy to keep record of network activity by the system and to the system. As kali linux is power tool for server security, virtualization is secure way to implement that tool. The main purpose of this article to evaluate network security on basis of virtualization techniques for this we track implementation of KVM (Kernel Based Virtual Machine) using three virtualization techniques – virt-manager, kimchi project and SDN (Software Defined Network).                                                                                                           Virt-manager is python-based desktop user interface for editing and customization of virtual machine through lib-virt. Kimchi is HTML based virtual machine management tool specially used for KVM. SDN is a technology revaluation which needed priory in cloud and virtualization world for providing network services. This arises the new security challenges with new computing and communication paradigms. Encryption have failed in preventing data theft attacksin existing data protection mechanisms. One of the emerging technologies in the present world is Cloud computing. Many of the individual users and organizations have profound usage of cloud computing as they can access data base resources through internet from anywhere. This computing model is beneficiary as far as the terms cost reduction and data accessibility are concerned. But there is a need to consider the security concept in cloud computing as the users store the sensitive data on the cloud storage providers which cannot trusted always. By designing ‘intrusion tolerance’,the protectionagainst malicious attacks of cloud infrastructure can be solved.In this paper we provide method about security in cloud computing.     Evaluation of anti-inflammatory potential of ayurvedic formulation Rheumacure in animal model of rheumatoid arthritis

    Background: Rheumacure (RC) is a herbomineral preparation recommended by Ayurvedic medical practitioners for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The present study was designed to evaluate the effect of oral treatment with the herbomineral formulation in animal model of Freund's adjuvant induced arthritis to develop scientific evidence to the efficacious claim of the use of ayurvedic proprietary medicine in the management of rheumatoid arthritis in folklore medicine.Methods: Arthritis was induced by sub plantar injection of 0.1ml of complete Freund’s adjuvant. Treatment with RC 100 mg/kg and dexamethasone 2 mg/kg was given to rats orally once a day from day 1 to day 21 and after which estimation of physical, biochemical, and haematological parameters were carried out.Results: Treatment of RC to arthritic animal showed statistically significant (p<0.05) improvement in physical parameters like arthritic index, paw edema, paw thickness, splenomegaly and thymus index of the animal. The treatment also showed significantly (p <0.05) reduction in inflammatory markers like C-reactive protein, serum rheumatoid factor, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and increase in % haemoglobin. The histopathological examination showed protective effect against hyperplasia of synovium, pannus formation and destruction of the joint space.Conclusions: The results obtained in experiments indicated significant anti-inflammatory effect comparable to dexamethasone and without significant side effect. Thus the RC may be a potential preventive or therapeutic candidate for the treatment of chronic inflammation and arthritis

    Tunable Magnetism in Metal Adsorbed Fluorinated Nanoporous Graphene

    Developing nanostructures with tunable magnetic states is crucial for designing novel data storage and quantum information devices. Using density functional theory, we investigate the thermodynamic stability and magnetic properties of tungsten adsorbed tri-vacancy fluorinated (TVF) graphene. We demonstrate a strong structure-property relationship and its response to external stimuli via defect engineering in graphene-based materials. Complex interplay between defect states and the chemisorbed atom results in a large magnetic moment of 7 μB along with high in-plane magneto-crystalline anisotropy energy (MAE) of 17 meV. Under the influence of electric field, spin crossover effect accompanied by a change in the MAE is observed. The ascribed change in spin-configuration is caused by the modification of exchange coupling between defect states and a change in the occupation of d-orbitals of the metal complex. Our predictions open a promising way towards controlling the magnetic properties in graphene based spintronic and non-volatile memory devices
