Ferroelectric order parameter in the two-particle cluster system near phase transition point: collective variables method
A new approach in the investigation of the order parameter behaviour near
ferroelectric phase transition point is suggested. The short range and dipole
interactions between particles are taken into account. The logarithmic
corrections and effective critical exponents are calculated and discussed.Comment: 11 pages, 5 figure
Self-consistent approach to magnetic ordering and excited site occupation processes in a two-level system
Ferromagnetic ordering in a two-level partially excited system is studied in
detail. Magnitudes of magnetization (magnetic order parameter) and lattice
ordering (excited level occupation number) are calculated self-consistently.
The influence of an external magnetic field and excited level gap on the
ferromagnetic phase transition is discussed.Comment: 12 pages, 6 figure
Influence of boric anhydride upon the physical and chemical properties of ferrosilicon slag
The authors study the influence of boric anhydride upon the physical and chemical properties of slag in the manufacture of ferrosilicon. It is established that adding boric anhydride to the slag changes its refractory quality and its viscosity and eases pouring slag and metal. Slags with optimal composition and properties are described
Thermodeformational Behavior of Cubic Crystals of Sodium Cyanide
In the paper the authors provide results of the study of anisotropic and isotropic acoustic (elastic waves propagation velocities), dimensional (elastic moduli) and nondimensional (Poisson's ratios) elastic characteristics of mono- and polycrystals of sodium cyanide within the temperature range 283.7Β±473 K
Dipole glass parameter behaviour for ferro-antiferroelectric solid mixtures
A new definition of a dipole glass parameter for ferro-antiferroelectric
solid mixtures is suggested. It is constructed on the nearest neighbours pair
correlation functions for interacting dipole momenta. The behaviour of the
dipole glass parameter is calculated and discussed.Comment: 8 pages, 3 figure
