This research aim to exemine (posyandu madya and pumama) develop become (posyandu mandiri) in Lumajang regency. Methods: Research kind is applied with sample withdrawal method as (if) purposive. Unit analysis was posyandu. Research location is Lumajang regency (sample area posyandu in East Java) with time implementation 8 month. Data analysis as (if) descriptive. Research variable are posyandu forming process, posyandu power source, adequate supply health functionary, fund source, means-infrastucture, activity, information system, building, and flash past sector coopertion. Results: Showed that since existence "Gerbang Mas" program, change many occur posyandu of workin Lumajang regency. That change was posyandu forming have to based on leave decision letter. Posyandu builder toconsist some element district-house of village-village. Amount cadre and manager have established. Limitied is health center community (puskesmas) employee because (posyandu) amount increase. Income and cost estimate region (APBD) like to incite fund for made (posyandu) to be mandiri and qualified. 30% means-infrastucture to increase from latter. (Posyandu) open schedule once month. Activity average has standard appropriate, except healthy fund average was still low. Building more guided and more be continued. The Ideas Development of Argumentative Discourses of Indonesian Writers Found in the Opinion Forum of the Jakarta Post
In this era, English is established as the world language of research and publication. This makes the English language significant for students and professionals. Tangkiengsirisin (2010, 1) states that text flow through a sequence of sentences is a main criterion for advanced writing. This research is aimed at finding out the flows of ideas of the English Arguments of Indonesian writers. This research applies topical, paradigmatic analysis. It involves identifying topics and sequences of topics/ ideas. After the topical analysis is done, the investigator contemplates the ideas development pattern of the entire essay. After analyzing fourteen English Arguments of Indonesian writers, it is found out that English Arguments of Indonesian writers are mostly developed linearly. It contradicts with Kaplan's explanation (1966) that oriental groups express their ideas mostly in indirect ways. It means that at present Kaplan's theory is partly valid. Even though the English Arguments of Indonesian writers are mostly developed linearly, it doesn't mean that the teachers can ignore it in teaching Advanced Writing. Flow of ideas should become one of the materials of Advanced Writing to Indonesian learners, but it doesn't need more teaching time allotment

Descriptions of Midwives Attitudes on Delivery Insurance Scheme Policy in Sampang District
Background: Delivery insurance Scheme known as “Jampersal” is one of the main program in health care. The goalis to decrease maternal and infant Mortality Rate. The successful of Jampersal implementation is determined by therole of midwife as main actor. This study aimed to know how the midwives attitudes on Jampersal policy. Methods: An observational study with cross sectional design. This study was conducted from March to December 2012 in Sampang District east Java Province Indonesia. Midwives attitudes were gathered through questionnaires for delivered during regular meeting at District Health Office of Sampang. Focus Group Discussion for midwives conducted at Batulenger and Robatal Health Centers. All data were analyzed descriptively, through content analysis. Results: This study indicated that most of midwives supported the implementation of Jampersal. They believed that Jampersal will assist midwives activities in attempting decrease maternal and neonatal mortality. According to midwives, barriers to delivery access by health professionare financial and transportation as well as culture and geographic barriers. Midwives stated tasks and rewards that they have accepted is in appropiate. However, midwives agreed to continue Jampersal that program widely. Midwives prefer to assist medical service rather than delivery services. Never the less, most of midwives prefer to serve birth delivering ratherthan refer delivery to the hospital. Conclusion: In generally, Jampersal policy has accepted and implemented by midwives in Sampang District even though there is some limitation. Recommendation: Improving commitments of Sampang District Health Office is concerned with responsibility claims, medical consumables provide and drugs supplay for obstetrics and gynecology service in Delivery Insurance Scheme
Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Jampersal di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sampang
Latar belakang: Tanggapan pemerintah kabupaten terhadap Jampersal sangat bervariasi. Pelaksanaan Jampersal diharapkan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis dan mekanisme pemanfaatan dana sesuai dengan Perundang-undanganyang berlaku di daerah. Kabupaten yang menarik diteliti adalah Sampang karena merupakan kabupaten dengan indeks pembangunan kesehatan masyarakat (IPKM) yang terendah di Jawa Timur dan peringkat 426 dari 444 kabupaten Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan Jampersal yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sampang. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional pada bulan Maret–Desember 2012 di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sampang. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalamdan penelusuran data sekunder. Analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil: Kebijakan Jaminan Persalinan di Kabupaten Sampang didukung oleh Peraturan Bupati Sampang No. 39 Tahun 2012 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaan Program Jamkesmas dan Jampersal di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Tingkat Dasar. Pelayanan Jampersal dilaksanakan oleh Puskesmas dan jaringannya dan bidan swasta atau bidan praktik mandiri (BPM) yang sudah melaksanakan perjanjian Kerja sama (MoU) dengan Dinas Kesehatan, tidak hanya di fasilitas kesehatan. Pendapatan fasilitas disetorkan 100% ke kas daerah. Pengembalian jasa pelayanan ke Puskesmas dengan proporsi 75% jasa pelayanan dan 25% untuk jasa sarana prasarana, sedangkan bidan MoU 100%. Sosialisasi Jampersal melalui pertemuan rutin di Dinas Kesehatan, supervisi ke Puskesmasdan pertemuan lintas sektor. Utilitas pelayanan terkait kesehatan ibu dan bayi secara umum di Kabupaten Sampang mengalami peningkatan selama periode 2009–Juni 2012. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan Program Jampersal di Kabupaten Sampang sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan kebijakan dan peraturan di daerah. Saran: Untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja, sebaiknya bidan desa diijinkan untuk mengikuti MoU dengan Dinas Kesehatan pada program Jampersal
Model Manajemen Hubungan Karyawan Bagi Industri Perbankan di Kota Medan
Hubungan karyawan merupakan sebuah hubungan yang terjalin diantara para karyawan di dalam sebuah organisasi. Para karyawan harus memperoleh Kenyamanan dalam bekerja dengan para karyawan lain untuk memperoleh lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Tugas utama para pemimpin Perusahaan adalah untuk mengurangi konflik antar karyawan dan menciptakan hubungan yang sehat diantara para karyawan. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah adanya perbedaan persepsi diantara para karyawan sehingga terjadi proses komunikasi yang kurang efektif diantara para karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan panduan model manajemen hubungan antar karyawan pada industri perbankan di Kota Medan .Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan melibatkan informan penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bank Central Asia, Bank Mandiri dan Bank Negara Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara pada informan kunci, informan utama dan informan tambahan dalam penelitian.Hasil analisis data penelitian ini adalah tersusunnya model manajemen hubungan antar karyawan pada industri perbankan di Kota Medan, yaitu komunikasi efektif sebagai variabel anteseden , serta budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan sebagai faktor yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan konsep manajemen hubungan antar Karyawan
Pengaruh Pelatihan Soft Skills Terhadap Tingkat Self Esteem Mahasiswa
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan soft skills “One Day CV Writing and Mock Interview” terhadap tingkat self esteem dan pendapat mahasiswa FKUAJ tentang self esteem. Studi serial potong lintang dilakukan terhadap 28 mahasiswa peserta pelatihan. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui pengisian Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES). Data kualitatif dari focus group discussion dengan pemilihan 8 peserta berdasarkan keaktifan partisipan. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan tes Friedman, sedangkan kualitatif dengan analisis konten. Perbedaan skor RSES sebelum dan setelah mengikuti pelatihan terbukti signifikan (p=0,003). Perbedaan skor RSES sebelum hingga dua minggu setelah pelatihan tidaklah bermakna. Hasil analisis kualitatif menunjukkan: responden mengalami peningkatan self esteem setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terdapat pengaruh tingkat dan efek self esteem terhadap kinerja, sikap dan kesempatan hidup. “One Day CV Writing and Mock Interview” merupakan contoh pelatihan yang terbukti meningkatkan self esteem mahasiswa
Assessment Study of Motivation and Commitment Midwives Puskesmas in Utilization MCH Handbook in Indonesia (a Case Study in Batu, Cianjur and East Belitung Regency)
Background: Utilization of KIA guidebook in health centers not maximum eventhough there are enough books published Ministry of Health as a reference and has given training especially to midwives. This study aims to assess the motivation and commitment of midwives in the use of the KIA guidebook in Indonesia. Methods: The study was conducted in three districts and four health centers purposively determined from each district, each consisting of 2 health centers PONED and Non PONED. In each health center will be taken up to 10 midwives in both MCH services in health centers or its networks proportionally selected that have been works at least 2 years in a health center or its network. If the number of midwives<10 person, it will be taken entirely. Data collected through interviews using a questionnaire and a check list. Results: The number of samples were 113 midwives consisted of Kota Batu (35), East Belitung(37 people) and Cianjur Regency as many as 41 person. Motivation midwifes in Batu and Cianjur district in the utilization of MCH guidebook were quite well, whereas in East Belitung province was well motivation. Commitment midwives in three districts/cities mostly had good commitment. Conclusion: This study concluded that the motivation and commitment of midwives in applying the guidebook were considered quite good. Recommendation: Need to improve supervision, technical guidance and providing feedback to increase the motivation of midwives. Giving a clear assignment and guidance as well as the availability of SOP composedof guidebook need to be realized as a shared commitment to implement the appropriate service guidebook
Kualitas Dange yang Disubstitusi Tepung Daging Ikan Kembung (Rastrellinger Kanagurta)
Dange is a traditional food made from delicate wet sago starch and further roasted in forna. Dange has rectangle form, flat with approximately 0,5 cm thickness. In addition, dange is also well known for its light, tasteless, hardness and relatively not hygroscopy. To increase the quality of dange and improve its flavour, a research was performed to study the quality of dange substituted with mackerel fish meat. The treatment was arranged in two classifications factorial completely randomized design. The classifications were variation of mackerel fish meat (0%, 2%, 5% and 8%) and time of grill (1 minute, 2 minutes and 3 minutes). Furthermore, the dange product quality was tested chemical and sensory analysis. The chemical analysis consisted of moisture, protein, fat, ash and starch content. Whereas the different of dange product quality was tested sensory analysis using scoring test method and the consumers acceptance was tested by hedonic scale test method. It was found that the most liked dange was made from 5% substitute of mackerel fish meat at 1 minute grill. This dange had slightly brittle texture, yellow-white colour, fishy taste and relatively strong fishy flavour with 27.84% moisture, 3.98% protein, 0.50%fat, 2.48% ash and 57,78% starch content
