In article the social and economic organizations and their segregation are considered. For the purpose of structurization of the social and economic organizations classifications of the interacting organizations in fact are defined, to forms and types and also creation of article on examples of the energy sector in general, and economies of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union is caused. Arguments in favor of the prospects of development of the energy sector of the Eurasian Economic Union are adduced, author's views of the further future of economies of the considered countries are given

Защита цифровой фотографии с помощью цифровых водяных знаков

В статті представлені основні переваги та недоліки цифрових зображень, методи захисту цифрових фотографій, аналіз їх надійності та можливі альтернативи захисту авторських прав. Запропоновано новий варіант захисту цифрової фотографії на початковій стадії її створення. Представлений поопераційний алгоритм створення цифрових водяних знаків для захисту цифрової фотографії.Digital photography has become an integral part of our life and technology of its creation. It meets the requirements of modernity and it is a very laborious process which often connected with use of advanced technologies. At the same time along with the proliferation of photographic works with using modern technology the copyright protection for digital images remains unsolved in Ukraine now. It is connected with the possibility to copy and distribute digital photograph outside the author’s control. Digital photo is very easy copied without worsening image quality in comparison with original, which obviously leads to disappearance of photo-piracy obstacles especially at the placing a file or photo in the Internet. Therefore the researches for development the author copyright protection at the creating of pictures are an actual problem. This article has been devoted to variants of this task solution. In the article the main advantages and disadvantages of digital images, methods of protecting digital photos, analyzes their reliability and possible options to protect copyrighted digital photo have been presented. There were offered new options for protecting digital photography at early stage of its development. Historical approaches, effective solutions and promising developments of the national school of management for the mobilization of ecosystem potential

The article presents a retrospective analysis of the processes for formulation and solving problems of complex development: theory and practice of management based on traditional and innovative approaches of the Russian scientific school. The evolution of the main trends is analyzed in the formation and development of key concepts in the field of construction and application by infrastructures of socioeconomic organizations. The following basic laws, fundamental principles, effective mechanisms and promising models of the organization of coordinated interaction of subjects (in the sphere of economic activity and within the framework of regionally and technologically determined production and commercial formations) are distinguished and compared. The prospects of improving the work of territorial and sectoral management mechanisms are considered from the standpoint of ensuring harmonious interaction, constructive innovations and sustainable development. The priorities of the formation and mobilization of the potential of ecosystems are determined as the most promising constructions of modern sectoral and regional complexes ensuring the harmonious use of socio-economic resources of modern society. The content of the perspective modernization is presented of the most significant provisions in the theory and practice of purposeful influence, revealing the priorities and trends of improving the formulation, as well as the application of the fundamental concepts of the national scientific school of management
