The article is devoted to issues of inculcation of bimental bicultural personality in the system of school education in the Republic of Tatarstan where two state languages are taught in schools-Russian and Tatar. We performed questioning procedures which allow to identify ideas of students from different schools with different language-what they think about their own and foreign culture. Analysis of the results of interview has shown that principle of cultural dialogue is implemented in school where native Tatar language is taught with the same rate as Russian while in Russian schools the students tend to mono-culture. Performed by us analysis allows to conclude that dialogue of cultures in education system determines formation of bicultural potential of personality triggering genesis of bimental world view. © IDOSI Publications, 2014

© Author(s).The problem of individualization and differentiation of the learning process is still relevant in the education. The Republic of Tatarstan is a special community where many nationalities live together. In this article the problem of the text interpretation at literature lessons is on the focus of view. Leaning on the provisions, provided by hermeneutic scientists, the authors regard the interpretation as a special dialogue between the reader and the text. The issue is also devoted to the problem of individual learning styles formation based on the psychological characteristics of the reader-student, the types of his representative system (auditory, visual or kinesthetic). Based on the facts found identified according to the experiment authors have developed the idea of forming individual ways for learning literature

This article proposes a framework of strategies1) for L2 vocabulary acquisition among low-to-mid level L2 learners in their first year at Kansai University. The framework relies upon considerations posited by Kudo (1999), as well as, Hunt and Beglar’s (2005) model for developing EFL reading vocabulary, although the objective for our target learners is tofacilitate vocabulary acquisition in a learner-centered communicative context, where possible. This paper firstly underlines the critical role of vocabulary in second language acquisition, while raising awareness of the surrounding pedagogic climate in Japanese secondary education.研究ノー

Effect of silica coating and further silica surface decoration by phospholipid bilayer on quenching of Tb(III) complexes by adrenochrome

© 2015 Elsevier B.V. Abstract The present report introduces regularities and mechanisms of Tb(III)-centered luminescence quenching by adrenochrome for Tb(III)-p-sulfonatothiacalix[4]arene complexes in the aqueous solutions and the same complexes doped into silica nanoparticles. The choice of adrenochrome (the oxidized form of adrenaline) as quencher originates from its quenching effect on the Tb(III)-centered luminescence, which discriminates it from adrenaline and dopamine. The quenching through dynamic mechanism of the Tb(III) complexes in the solutions results from their concentration induced collision with adrenochrome molecules. The quenching of the Tb(III)-doped silica nanoparticles also occurs through dynamic mechanism, although it is insignificant due to the shielding effect of the silica surface. The inclusion of the Tb(III)-doped silica nanoparticles into phospholipid bilayers influences the quenching of the Tb(III)-centered luminescence by adrenochrome due to its binding with the bilayers deposited onto silica nanoparticles

The relevance of this article is due to the fact that the solution to any problem is more effective in partnership, as a whole is always greater than the sum of its parts, and one should not ignore alternative ways of different perception of the surrounding reality, since what is unachievable for each member separately, can be achieved by all members of the whole team. Therefore, this article aims at disclosing the essence of corporativity in developing teaching staff. The article deals with the role of corporativity in developing a teaching team, the viability conditions of the pedagogical team have been detected, the individual trajectories for developing each member of the teaching staff are presented. The article submissions are valuable both in theory and in practical terms, for representatives of professional training institutions in order to achieve their corporate competitiveness as a teaching team

Human adipose-derived stem cells stimulate neuroregeneration

© 2015, Springer-Verlag Italia.Traumatic brain injuries and degenerative neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s dementia, Parkinson’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and many others are characterized by loss of brain cells and supporting structures. Restoring microanatomy and function using stem cells is a promising therapeutic approach. Among the many various sources, adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are one of the most easily harvested alternatives, they multiply rapidly, and they demonstrate low immunogenicity with an ability to differentiate into several cell types. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of xenotransplanted human ADSCs on post-traumatic regeneration of rat sciatic nerve. Peripheral reconstruction following complete sciatic transection and autonerve grafting was complemented by intra-operative injection of hADSCs into the proximal and distal stumps. The injury caused gliosis and apoptosis of sensory neurons in the lumbar 5 (L5) ganglia in the control rodents; however, animals treated with hADSCs demonstrated a smaller amount of cellular loss. Formation of amputation neuroma, which hinders axonal repair, was less prominent in the experimental group, and immunohistochemical analysis of myelin basic protein showed good myelination 65 days after surgery. At this point, control groups still exhibited high levels of microglia/macrophage-specific marker Iba-1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen, the mark of an ongoing inflammation and incomplete axonal growth 2 months after the injury. This report demonstrates that hADSCs promote neuronal survival in the spinal ganglion, fuel axonal repair and stimulate the regeneration of peripheral nerves

Binase penetration into alveolar epithelial cells does not induce cell death

    Get PDF
Microbial ribonucleases possess a broad spectrum of biological activities, which demonstrate stimulating properties at low concentrations and cytotoxicity and genotoxicity at high concentrations. Mechanisms of their penetration into the cells still remain unclear. In this study penetration of Bacillus intermedius RNase (binase) in alveolar lung epithelial cells, type II (ATII) pneumocytes, has been investigated. Using immunofluorescence analysis we have shown for the first time internalization of binase by primary non-differentiated pneumocytes ATII. The enzyme did not penetrate in MLE-12 (Murine Lung Epithelial-12 cells). However, binase was cytotoxic towards tumor MLE-12 cells, but not ATII cells. These results clearly indicate higher sensitivity of tumor cells to binase compared to normal cells; they also demonstrate that penetration of the enzyme into alveolar epithelial cells is not directly associated with their death. © 2012 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

The miR-142 hairpin gives rise to the "guide strand" miR-142-3p and the sister "passenger" strand miR-142-5p. miR-142-3p has been shown to play critical, non-redundant functions in the development of the hematopoietic lineage. We have recently reported that miR-142-3p is critical for the control of Wnt signaling in the mesenchyme of the developing lung. miR-142-5p has been proposed to control adaptive growth in cardiomyocytes postnatally and its increase is associated with extensive apoptosis and cardiac dysfunction in a murine heart failure model. Using homologous recombination, we now report the generation and validation of miR-142-null mice. miR-142-null mice show a significant decrease in th expression levels of both the 3p and 5p isoforms. The expression of Bzrap1, a gene immediately flanking miR-142 is not altered while the expression of a long non-coding RNA embedded within the miR-142 gene is decreased. miR-142-null newborn pups appear normal and are normally represented indicating absence of embryonic lethality. At embryonic day 18.5, miR-142-null lungs display increased Wnt signaling associated with the up-regulation of Apc and p300, two previously reported targets of miR-142-3p and -5p, respectively. Adult miR-142-null animals display impaired hematopoietic lineage formation identical to previously reported miR-142 gene trap knockdown mice. We report, for the first time, the homologous recombination-based miR-142-null mice that will be useful for the scientific community working on the diverse biological functions of miR-142
