Prospects for sustainable development of Byton commune in its inhabitants' opinion

Przedstawiono perspektywy zrównoważonego rozwoju gminy Bytoń w opinii jej mieszkańców. Z badań wynika, że na terenie gminy podejmowane są różnorodne działania, zarówno przez samych mieszkańców gminy, jak i jej władze, które mają na celu poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego. Mieszkańcy dostrzegają również starania gminy w kierunku zaspokajania potrzeb społeczno-kulturalnych lokalnej społeczności.The paper aims to presented prospects for sustainable development of Bytoń commune in its inhabitants' opinion. The research showed that there were taken many actions towards natural environment improvement, also by inhabitants themselves as well as by the commune's local government. The questioned inhabitants perceived many efforts made by the local government towards satisfying socio-cultural needs of the commune's inhabitants
