A Modified Enhanced Method of Audio – Video Steganography for High Security Data Transmission

Steganography is an art of convert communication, which offers secrete and secure way of communication. It has many application areas such as audio-video synchronization,in defense forces etc… The audio data is converted into binary format and encrypted using a XOR encryption algorithm. Then the encrypted audio data converted into XL data form. The video frames are divided into non-overlapping blocks, and the difference between the adjacent pixels in each block is computed to obtain a reference matrix. Each block is then iterated through, if the difference between adjacent pixels is greater than or equal to the average difference in the reference matrix, the MPVD (Modified Pixel Value Differencing) based LSB of the pixel value is modified to embed the encrypted audio data bit. The embedded bit is then XORed with the corresponding LSB of adjacent pixel in the same block. The modified video frames can be sent over an unsecured channel without revealing the embedded encrypted audio data. To extract the encrypted audio message from the stego video, the embedded bits are XORed with the corresponding LSB of the adjacent pixel in the same block, and the modified LSBs are extracted and decrypted using the same encryption algorithm and key

Temperature dependence of 35Cl NQR in 3,4-Dichlorophenol

NQR frequencies in 3,4-dichlorophenol are investigated in the temperature range 77 K to room temperature. Two resonances have been observed throughout the temperature range, corresponding to the two chemically inequivalent chlorine sites. Using Bayer's theory and Brown's method torsional frequencies and their temperature dependence in this range are estimated. © 1981

Callus Induction and Plantlet Regeneration From Centalla Asiatica Linn

Efficient plant regeneration could be obtained from the derooted nodal segments of Centella asiatica with stole buds as the explant, when cultured on MS medium supplemented with BAP (10 ppm)+NAA(2ppm). Both callus and regeneration occurred simultaneously on the same medium. Profuse rooting were obtain on MS medium fortified with NAA (2ppm) from leaf explants. Shoot and root proliferation were observed on the medium supplemented with BAP(5 ppm)and NAA (2 ppm) through subculture. Mass propagation of plantlets were obtained through invitro culture

Chlorine NQR in 2,6-dichloropyridine has been investigated in the temperature range 77 K to room temperature and a single resonance line has been observed throughout. Using this data, torsional frequencies of the molecule have been evaluated on the basis of both the Bayer theory and the modified Bayer theory incorporating Tatsuzaki correction. © 1983

Chlorine NQR in 3-amino-2-chloropyridine and 2-chloro-5-nitropyridine

Temperature dependence of 35Cl nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) frequencies has been studied in 3-amino-2-chloropyridine and 2-chloro-5-nitropyridine from 77 to 298 K. The data were analysed and the torsional frequencies regarding internal motions in the molecules evaluated in the above temperature range using Bayer's theory and Brown's method. © 1983
