Występowanie zarodników Cladosporium w powietrzu i ich korelacje z czynnikami pogody
Together with Alternaria, Cladosporium spores are
known to be potent aeroallergens and its concentrations in the
air are strongly dependent on meteorological factors. There are
many articles from different parts of the world about relationships
between Cladosporium spore count and weather parameters.
The aim of the study was to review all available publications
about Cladosporium spores in the air and compare the
results in a short, useful form.Zarodniki rodzaju Cladosporium są najczęściej
i najliczniej notowanym taksonem grzybowym w większości
stacji badawczych na świecie. Są też, razem
z rodzajem Alternaria, uznane za czynnik wywołujący
objawy alergii i astmy w okresie letnim czyli podczas
wysokich temperatur i przy braku opadów. Było to powodem
podjęcia prób określenia który z czynników
pogody ma najsilniejszy wpływ na wysokość ich koncentracji
w powietrzu.
Statystycznie istotne, pozytywne korelacje były
notowane dla dobowych temperatur maksymalnych,
średnich i minimalnych a negatywne dla wysokości
opadów deszczu i ciśnienia atmosferycznego.
Żaden z autorów nie zanotował istotnej statystycznie
korelacji pomiędzy stężeniem zarodników rodzaju
Cladosporium a prędkością wiatru.
W prognostycznych modelach statystycznych
najważniejszymi czynnikami meteorologicznymi wpływającymi
na obecność zarodników Cladosporium w powietrzu
była średnia temperatura powietrza i temperatura
punktu rosy.
Przy obecnym stanie badań nad relacjami statystycznymi
pomiędzy obecnością (stężeniem) zarodników
w powietrzu a czynnikami meteorologicznymi
warto popracować nad ulepszeniem istniejących metod
badawczych lub zastosowaniem nowych, które precyzyjniej
i bardziej jednoznacznie określiłyby rangę poszczególnych
czynników meteorologicznych
Zarodniki rodzaju Cladosporium w powietrzu Szczecina
Moulds are common aeroallergens and Cladosporium is considered to be the most prevalent of them. The objective of the studies was to determine the seasonal variation in concentrations of Cladosporium spores due to meteorological parameters. The meteorological parameters analysed were maximum air temperature, relative humidity, amount of precipitation and wind speed.
The greatest threat from Cladosporium allergens was posed from the middle of May (2004, 2006) and June (2005) till the middle of October (2005) and in the end of October (2004) till the middle of November (2006).
Statistically significant correlations were found among the Cladosporium spore count in the air and maximum air temperature in all the analysed seasons, and amount of precipitation only in one season. The spore count of Cladosporium was determined by weather conditions, especially by air temperature.Celem pracy jest analiza sezonu rodzaju Cladosporium w Szczecinie w latach 2004-2006 i ustalenie powiązania pomiędzy czynnikami meteorologicznymi a koncentracją zarodników. Podczas trzech sezonów przeanalizowano korelację pomiędzy stężeniem zarodników Cladosporium a maksymalną temperaturą powietrza, wilgotnością względną opadem i prędkością wiatru za pomocą metody wolumetrycznej. Czas trwania sezonu wyznaczono metodą 90%. W ciągu trzech lat obserwacji najniższą dobową koncentrację zarodników Cladosporium zanotowano w 2006 roku z maksymalnym stężeniem wynoszącym 19560 zarodników na metr sześcienny. Najwyższa koncentracja wystąpiła w 2004 a stężenie dobowe wyniosło wtedy 31098 zarodników na metr sześcienny.
Objawy uczulenia alergenami Cladosporium u osób wrażliwych występują przy stężeniu 2800 zarodników na metr sześcienny. Stężenia przekraczające wartości progowe notowane były w trzecim tygodniu maja (dla lat 2004 i 2005) i w czerwcu (2006) do połowy października (dla roku 2005), końca października (2004) i do połowy listopada (2006).
Statystycznie istotna korelacja wystąpiła pomiędzy stężeniem zarodników Cladosporium a temperaturą maksymalną i w roku 2006 z opadami
Występowanie zarodników Ganoderma w powietrzu i korelacje z czynnikami pogodowymi
According to a recent study, Ganoderma may be the third genus, after Alternaria and Cladosporium, whose spores cause symptoms of allergy and whose levels are directly related to meteorological factors. There are only few articles from different parts of the world about the relationships between Ganoderma spore count and meteorological factors. The aim of the study was to review all available publications about airborne Ganoderma spores and to compare the results in a short useful form

zarodników rodzaju Alternaria w powietrzu
pojawiały się różnego rodzaju analizy statystyczne
opisujące charakter zależności pomiędzy stężeniem
spor w powietrzu i czynnikami pogodowymi. W większości
przypadków były to proste statystyki opisowe
m.in. współczynnik korelacji Spearmana czy analiza
regresji wielokrotnej. W ciągu ostatnich kilku lat ukazało się kilka
prac z prognostycznymi modelami statystycznymi
(Szwecja, Grecja, Polska).
Statystycznie istotne, pozytywne korelacje były
notowane dla dobowych temperatur maksymalnych

minimalną.
Przy obecnym stanie badań nad relacjami statystycznymi

warto budować statystyczne modele prognostyczne,

Zaawansowane metody statystyczne stosowane w badaniach aerobiologicznych
Pollen and spore forecasting has become an important
aim in aerobiology. The main goal is to provide accurate information
on biological particles in the air to sensitive users in
order to help them optimize their treatment process.
Many statistical methods of data analysis are based on
the assumptions of linearity and normality that often cannot be
fulfilled. The advanced statistical methods can be applied to the
problems that cannot be solved in any other effective way, and
are suited to predicting the concentration of airborne pollen or
spores in relation to weather conditions. The purpose of the study
was to review some advanced statistical methods that can be
used in aerobiological studies.Ziarna pyłku i zarodniki grzybów należące do
aeroplanktonu stanowią ważny przedmiot badań aerobiologicznych.
Głównym celem takich badań jest
dostarczenie dokładnych informacji na temat zawartości
biologicznych cząsteczek w powietrzu aby pomóc
zoptymalizować proces leczenia alergii i astmy u osób
wrażliwych. Wiele metod statystycznej analizy danych
opartych jest na założeniach liniowości i normalności,
często założenia te nie mogą być spełnione. Zaawansowane
metody statystyczne mogą być stosowane wtedy,
kiedy inne metody nie mogą być użyte. Dodatkowo
niektóre z nich konstruują modele prognostyczne, które
przewidują skuteczne stężenie w powietrzu pyłku
lub zarodników w zależności od warunków atmosferycznych.
Celem badania było dokonanie przeglądu
zaawansowanych statystycznych metod, które mogą
być stosowane w badaniach aerobiologicznych
Seasonal variation of Ganoderma spore concentrations in urban and suburban districts of the city of Szczecin, Poland
According to recent studies, Ganoderma may be the third genus, after Alternaria and Cladosporium, the spores of which cause symptoms of allergy, and concentration is related to meteorological factors. The aerobiology of Ganoderma spores in Szczecin in urban and suburban districts was examined using Lanzoni Volumetric Spore Traps in 2008–2010. Ganoderma spores were present in the atmosphere on more than 90% of the days from June through September with peak concentrations in June, July and September. The number of days with spores was lower in the suburban district, while the total number of spores collected was higher there than in the urban district. Correlation and multiple regression analyses revealed weak relationships between Ganoderma and meteorological conditions, while testing the significance of differences between the districts showed that urban development did not have a clear impact on the values of meteorological parameters. A significantly higher abundance of spores in the suburbs of Szczecin seemed to be conditioned by the closeness of potential area sources. This study indicates that a single measuring site in the city centre insufficiently reflected the dynamics and level of Ganoderma spore concentration in peripheral districts
