Objective: A reversed phase liquid chromatography was determined and validated for the estimation of Mirabegron in tablet dosage form. Methods: The validation study of RP-HPLC showed a simple, rapid, accurate, precise, reproducible results by using a stationary phase: Waters Acquity HSS T-3 C18 (100 × 2.1 mm, 1.7ĂŽÂŒm and Mobile Phase-Potassium di-hydrogen phosphate: acetone in the ratio (40:60 v/v) at PH6.0±0.02. Detection is carried out at 243 nm using UV detector. Results: The total chromatographic analysis time per sample was about 6 min with Mirabegron eluting at a retention time of 2.754. Tailing factor obtained from the standard injection is 1.6. Theoretical Plates obtained from the standard injection is 2736.7. The flow rate is 1 ml/min and linearity in the concentration range of 30-70ĂŽÂŒg/ml (R2=0.999). The precision was 0.4% the intermediate precision was 0.08%. The deliberately varied chromatographic conditions in the concentration range for the evaluation of robustness is 10-50 ”g/ml, (n=3). The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) for Mirabegron were 0.01”g/ml and 0.05”g/ml respectively. The % recovery is 99.8 % with % R. SD of 0.09. The results proved that the optimized HPLC method fulfills these requirements within the ICH accepted limits. Conclusion: The high recovery and low relative standard deviation confirm the suitability of the proposed method for the determination of Mirabegron in tablet dosage form.Â

Efficient Allocation of Power Resource in OFDMA Systems with Diverse Modulation Techniques

ABSTRACT: Of late there is an utmost need for providing higher data rate and better Quality of Service(QoS) for ever increasing number of users in wireless communication systems. The Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is one of the leading candidates for future wireless communication systems. This paper gives a brief introduction about OFDMA and discusses in depth about allocation of power resource to all the active users present in a cellular network in an optimum way using the Load Matrix approach. Load Matrix approach is used to calculate the average interference within the cells based on RoT (Rise over Thermal noise) and distribute minimum required SINR to each user thereby enhancing the Quality of Service (QoS) of the network. The approach is first experimented on a single carrier communication system and then it is extended to multi-carrier systems. This paper also deals with the performance of a communication link in terms of BER for various digital modulation techniques. From simulations it is observed that performance of QAM is better than QPSK in systems implementing OFDMA

98-107A series of nicotinaldehyde based azlactones 3a-g, 6a-f, 11a-d, 16b-c, and 16e-f have been prepared and screened for their free radicals scavenging, α-glucosidase inhibitory and anti-proliferative activities on cell lines, namely lung adenocarcinoma (A549), human breast cancer (MCF7) and human epithelial cervical cancer (HeLa). Compound 3g is the most potent α-glucosidase inhibitor followed by compounds 6b and 6a. Compound 11b is the better DPPH and ABTS+ radical scavenger. Compounds 11c-d and 16f show anti-proliferative activity on all the tested cell lines. However, compounds 16c and 16e display anti-proliferative activity on MCF7 and HeLa cell lines

This book contains the abstracts of the papers presented at the National Conference on Biological, Biochemical, Biomedical, Bioenergy, and Environmental Biotechnology (NCB4EBT-2021) Organized by the Department of Biotechnology, National Institute of Technology Warangal, India held on 29–30 January 2021. This conference is the first of its kind organized by NIT-W which covered an array of interesting topics in biotechnology. This makes it a bit special as it brings together researchers from different disciplines of biotechnology, which in turn will also open new research and cooperation fields for them.
