    Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji bagaimana pengaruh proses belajar, motivasi, dan kepribadian mempengaruhi persepsi manajer atas informasi akuntansi keuangan dan pengaruh persepsi manajer atas informasi akuntansi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan USAha kecil menengah keramik Dinoyo kecamatan Lowokwaru kota Malang. Metode analisa data adalah regresi berganda, pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu atau purposive sampling terdapat 50 sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan, variabel proses belajar (x1), motivasi (x2) dan kepribadian (x3) pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi manajer atas informasi akuntansi keuangan (Y).     How do individuals in the UK experience recovery from prescribed benzodiazepine dependence and what helped?

    Background: Benzodiazepines are a class of drug prescribed mainly for anxiety and insomnia. Since 1988, UK guidelines have warned not to prescribe benzodiazepines for longer than 2-4 weeks, because they cause dependence and withdrawal symptoms that can last months to years. Despite this, an estimated 72% of prescriptions between 2015-18 in England exceeded 4 weeks. There is a lack of services available in the UK to support individuals struggling with dependence and withdrawal, and limited scientific literature available on the experience of, and how to support individuals with, recovery from benzodiazepine dependence. Aims: This study aims to explore the experience of recovery from prescribed benzodiazepine dependence, what individuals found helpful during the recovery process, and their views on what future services should look like. Methods: Qualitative data was collected through semi structured interviews with seven participants who were prescribed benzodiazepines for at least 4 weeks, struggled with stopping or withdrawal symptoms, and stopped taking benzodiazepines at least one year ago. Interview transcripts were analysed using Reflexive Thematic Analysis within a phenomenological framework. Results: Four themes were developed, which cover: (1) facing disbelief and failures in the healthcare system and consequent calls for improved education; (2) receiving and providing peer support; (3) the changing relationship to withdrawal symptoms during recovery, strategies used to cope with symptoms, and the persistence of post-withdrawal symptoms long after stopping; (4) severe suffering that can impact many different areas of life, can lead to enduring trauma, and requires holistic support. Conclusion: This study demonstrates how some benzodiazepine patients endure severe suffering that can be unnecessarily exacerbated by disbelief and failures in the healthcare system, resulting in trauma and distrust of healthcare professionals. This situation could be improved by believing and validating patient experiences, so appropriate care can be received and further harm avoided. Counselling Psychologists may particularly need to focus on establishing trust, providing validation, and advocating for this client group. The findings further point to a need for improved education, commissioning of specialist services and a national helpline, updated NICE guidance, and improved monitoring of prescribing behaviour

Penjualan dan pembelian tunai merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting dalam setiap Perusahan, terutama yang bergerak dibidang perdagangan. Transaksi penjualan dan pembelian yang ada pada Praktek Dokter Roy Jhanna Ginting dimulai dari proses pesanan barang oleh pelanggan, proses pembuatan nota sebagai barang bukti pembayaran, sampai pembuatan laporan yang ditunjukkan kepada pimpinan. Sistem pengolahan data penjualan dan pembelian tunai pada Praktek Dokter Roy Jhanna Ginting sampai saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses pemesanan barang, pembuatan nota, pembayaran, hingga pembuatan laporan. Sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan dan kesalahan informasi yang dihasilkan seperti pembuatan laporan data barang yang dipesan dan yang terjual, seringnya terjadi kesalahan dalam perhitungan dalam sistem penjualan dan pembelian tunai tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu sistem komputerisasi penjualan dan pembelian tunai yang sangat sesuai untuk medukung kemajuan dan perkembangan Perusahaan dagang tersebut. Sehingga dapat mengatasi permasalahan atau kendala pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini.     This study aimed to (1) find out the effectiveness of science teaching-learning using experiment method on the process skills and science learning achievement, and (2) find out the difference of effectiveness between science teaching-learning using experiment method with demonstration method on process skills and science learning achievement. This research was a quasi experiment research. The population of the research was all of students of SMP Diponegoro Depok Sleman grade VIII in the academic year of 2013/2014. The sample consisted of the experiment group that the teaching-learning process used experiment method and the control group that the teaching-learning process used demonstration method. A pretest and posttest were used to collect the data of the learning achievement, while the process skill was taken from the prior ability and the final ability which were the result of observation on the LKS (Students Worksheet). To obtain the effectiveness of the experiment method on each variable, the data were analyzed with one sample t-test. Then, to find the difference between the effectiveness of the experiment and demonstration method on all variables used multivariate technique with T2 Hotelling and followed by univariate analysis with independent sample t test. The results of the research showed that (1) the teaching-learning process of science using the experiment method was effective in terms of process skills and science learning achievement of the students, and (2) the teaching-learning process of science using experiment method was more effective in improving the process skills and science learning achievement than that using the demonstration method

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelititan tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu analisis presentase dan analisis klinis. Analisis presentase menggunakan rumus precentage change, sedangkan analisis klinis menggunakan tekhnik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran role playing terdapat peningkatan terhadap kecerdasan sosial siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/ 2015. Pada siklus I skor tingkat kecerdasan sosial peserta didik meningkat dari 72,58 menjadi 83,08 (14,50%) sedangkan pada siklus II juga terjadi peningkatan skor kecerdasan sosial peserta didik yang signifikan dibandingkan saat pratindakan yaitu dari 72,58 menjadi 109,06 (49,89%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran role playing melalui pelajaran Sosiologi terbukti dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan sosial siswa kelas XI IPS 2, SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015

    The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of virtual laboratory-assisted learning model and learning interest in the students creative thinking abilities of chemistry. The study design was 2 x 2 factorial design with three variables consisting of two independent variables and one dependent variable. To obtain research data used in the form of the test instrument the creative thinking abilities of chemistry and scale of student interest. The population in this study were all senior high school students Pasar Minggu District XI Class South Jakarta in the study sample two classes from two schools were equal. The results showed that: 1) There is the influence of Virtual Lab assisted learning model of creative thinking abilities of chemistry. 2) There is interest in studying the influence of creative thinking abilities of chemistry. 3) There is an interaction effect between learning model assisted Virtual Lab an interest in learning to creative thinking abilities of chemistry. From the research it needs further testing with the t test, which indicates that two group has an influence on the creative thinking abilities of chemistry

    Evaluasi terhadap Bahan Ajar Matematika Berbasis Pmri di Bandung Raya

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh bahan ajar matematika berbasis PMRI diterapkan di Bandung Raya. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, yang didesain untuk mengukur kualitas bahan ajar berbasis PMRI yang dibuat dan dilaksanakan guru selama ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Jawa Barat yang telah menerapkan PMRI di sekolahnya masing-masing. Terdapat tiga sekolah yang menjadi subyek penelitian, yaitu MIN I Bandung, SDPN Sabang dan SMPN 12 Bandung sedangkan sampelnya adalah guru Matematika di sekolah-sekolah tersebut yang menerapkan PMRI dalam pembelajarannya.Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kuesioner guru tentang penerapan PMRI. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika berbasis PMRI telah diterapkan di MIN 1 Bandung, SDPN Sabang dan SMPN 12 Bandung tetapi pelaksananya hanya guru-guru tertentu. Di MIN 1 Bandung terdapat 3 guru yang menerapkan PMRI, di SDPN Sabang terdapat 2 orang guru yang menerapkan PMRI dan di SMPN 12 Bandung juga terdapat 2 orang guru matematika yang menerapkan PMRI. Namun dari keseluruhan, diketahui bahwa hampir 3 tahun terakhir sudah jarang diterapkan serta jarang ada kegiatan-kegiatan PMRI

    One main goal of Mathematics learning development from primary to university level is the ability of mathematics communication. The subject that involves this in education mathematics major is the statistic of education mathematics study. The method that meets the caracter of this subject is CTL approach. The goal of this study is to analyze the improvement of mathematics comunication ability of the students who learn CTL approach and those who do not learn the approach. The applied method for this study is experimental control group postest only. The study population was all students of 2011, class a1 and a2. Class a2 as the exsperimental group and a1 as control group. Instrument in this study is a set of problem of mathematic communication. This results of this study and analyze data as quantitative is an increase in mathematics communication ability of students who abtain CTL approach better than the increase in mathematics communication ability of students receiving conventional learning
